MAX Employment St Kilda reviews
7 Max Employment agency forgot to call me for my first scheduled phone appointment. All myGov services are a flawed shambles.
It's funny how all gov service correspondence presume.gov process and systems are faultless and that any error is the end users.
Parasite business like this should be cut like a cancer from taxpayer funding irrespective of the state government under which they operate.edit: as of 3: 30 the promised callback has not been received even after calling directly.
All hail Scumbo's 250 billion dollar pineapple and banana war economy.
Horrible services, no sympathy for any situations, Erica the work for the dole person is completely heartless. No sense of respect or care for your wellbeing. Don't know why she is still working there. Would not recommend going here, would give no stars if I could.
At my first "interview" I was basically told that they couldn't really help me until I've been with them for 13 weeks, which I don't know if that's actually true (if it is.yikes, counter-productive), I was also told by my rep that I could send my resume to her and she would give me feedback, never got a reply back from her. I've never really expected Job Search places like this to actually help me (I've NEVER found a job through them), but damn, the reputation still stands.
(EDIT) You could help me get a job I'll be in on Wednesday:)
I really struggle with my cv and cover letter, plus actual confidence. Everybody at max employment were really helpful and encouraging. Specially Kerry, she is just awesome, I kept asking for help all the time and she always help me with a smile on her face, she's the best. Like really max employment never let her go
DO NOT USE THIS JOB AGENCY
This job agency max employment Stkilda is possibly the worst one I have ever been through no wonder they where investigations done on them by 4 corners. Erica the work for the dole mole will cut your payment off at any time even if you have attended an appointment.lynette the rock ape will pretend to help you but after entering stuff into the system she’s hitting the undo button. All this office is wanting is people on work for the dole because they get paid for that big big dollars. If you find yourself a job without them you are well with in your rights not to inform the the only people you have to tell is Centrelink.
The negative reviews are not realistic. Probably people who skiped their obligations and are suprised their payment is suspended.
This place has been so good to me. So patient and understanding. Every staff member who has assisted me has genuinly cared about my well being. I had staff message me and correspond on their days off. Imagine that.
The number one employee would be Kerry. If you are paired up with her know that you are genuinly blessed. Thank you Kerry and thank you max employment st kilda!
I would vote 0 zero stars if I could, am constantly contacted by recruiters wanting to place people even through I've sent OVER 50 emails to them and their head office to let them know that we're not a direct employer. They have no system for logging requests and use Yellow Pages as their form of obtaining work
