I’d like to give a shout out to my Job Consultant Tracy for going above and beyond to find suitable employment for myself with a few exciting prospects that I’m looking forward to hearing back from. Max Employment job network is a service provider for people with a disability so finding the right job for the right person is paramount and Tracy is supportive and knowledgeable to find the right employment opportunities for people with different levels of disability. I want to thank Tracy for her ongoing support and encouragement to find me employment and I want to thank all the staff for being helpful and friendly and supportive. Extremely supportive and understanding. Billy Adamopoulos supported a family member of mine and made the process of finding work extremely easy.
Billy supported with navigating the system and was very pleasant to work with.

Billy is excellent at his job but management has decided that everyone has to come in twice a week for appointments, this is wild considering the usual expectation for other employment services is fortnightly. I've decided to move elsewhere because I won't be able to cope with twice a week.

I was at Max employment yesterday pop in to see Kim for something but wasn't there so Billy who works there help me to print something I need for my tax he help me and did an exceptional job thankyou Billy for your amazing help if it wasn't for you to help I don't know who could of helped me that day thankyou once again for helping me that was something very important for me well done once again great job

Wonderful bunch of people who genuinely want to help you to get back on your feet and find work. They've all been extremely empathetic and compassionate to my situation - in particular Teghan, Cassie, and Michael. The consultants at the Oakleigh office make the difficulty of finding work actually bearable.

Communication here sucks BIG TIME.from unreturned phone calls to failing to leave voicemails to ignoring emails.
Honestly this office is going down hill.

Having been unemployed for many years while trying to pursue a self employment opportunity, the team at max oakleigh are and have been the first to not only appreciate my time, but not waste it. Tailoring an option and circumstances for my own needs rather than those of the case manager.i would wholeheartedly recommend max in oakleigh for their amazing and for once helpful attitudes towards those that might be or seem a little different. A great center that has allowed me not only to pursue my dream of self employment but assisted in making it a reality. Since joining MAX Voluntarily over a month ago, the staff at MAX have helped me to secure numerous interviews, updated my originally bleak resume and coached me on how to interview with confidence, I am excited to say I start work next week and because of the contact between the staff at MAX and my new employer I have everything I need including a fancy desk to cater for my back injury and flexible working hours

1 star is far more than they deserve, At max employment Oakleigh they have to be the most pathetic job network going around. The staff are absolutely unprofessional & rude. I hope one day they all become unemployed & get treated like garbage as they have done to me & I’m sure others

They are getting huge amounts of money from the government as per their contract. If they like you they may help you. Most of the time they just drag you along and rake in the money. Shifty little organisation.

Very happy to say that the last 5 months I saw a difference since I joined max employment Oakleigh.they looked after me with interviews and offers for casual work and even full time work. Very organized employment office assisted me since I started working permanent with clothing and even petrol money at my first working week. Thank all the team

Lucky to even get 1 star. Been there for 5 years and have not put me up for interviews. Consultants are always hounding you and watching you cold call when I've never done cold calling in the past. Consultants are very hard to understand
