Had absolutely the WORST experience with a lady (Kelly), working there very recently…
I would like to add I had/have a job.
(And everyone else I came in contact with there was absolutely no help).

On top of my daughter & myself escaping family violence (she did NOT care one bit).
We were staying well over an hour away.
The lady sent me a text after I asked if she could help with a fuel voucher to get there (I never asked for ANYTHING), she proceeded to tell me that would definitely happen, after I HAD to attend in person for a check up appointment.
Got there & when I asked I was given SO many excuses & well did NOT help me with any fuel. Leaving me without any fuel & ran out trying to get back to where we were staying.
Absolutely appalling, considering I had explained I did not have the petrol to get there.

I was also in hospital & I had covid & this lady just had absolutely NO empathy.
She demanded I get something signed for her over the weekend. She was calling me every 2/3 days WITHOUT an appointment.
I had a job so it should have been a fortnightly call to see if she could help in anyway.
Now I know if they get payslip’s they get a bonus (Centrelink told me this).
I work for myself, & I have been borderline harassed as the lady was calling me every 2/3 days WITHOUT an appointment & on the days I did have an appointment she wouldn’t call me.

Also NEVER had help even fixing my resume which I did ask for help but ended up doing it myself. The most basic thing they could help with.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Been with max employment Moorabbin for a year, no concept of the needs of individuals offer little assistance in finding work with any professional development.every job lead has been ghosted by the appointed consultant.

Terrible！ In my first telephone appointment booked by Services Australia, my consultant Sybil never appeared. I called the Company and his / her mobile, left messages but had never received any reply. In the end, the reception returned my call telling me that Sybil was not available. Such an irresponsible person he/she is！ I strongly dont recommend this employment services provider！

Would give zero stars if I could.
Don't ignore the bad reviews. Do yourself a favour and be moved to a different employment agency. These people are unprofessional and do not give a damn about you. MAX Employment will only add to your stress.

All you are is a statistic that they have to 'place' in a job they don't care if you are even suitable to a certain extent! No REAL help just get you in, get you out so they get the funding for you from the government! An ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Horrible place that's super rude and doesn't give me an opportunity to try and find work or work on certain days since they tried to make me come in three days a week. At times when I wanted to organise job interviews I tried calling them to rearrange a time for me to come in and look for work so that I can attend job interviews trial shifts etc but they neglect to call you back, help you or even empathize with you in the slightest. I called over and over again asking them very politely if I could talk to my recruitment officer and she constantly blew me off or neglected to call me back until I called 2 minutes before they close and then she happened to answer the phone and conveniently she was just about to call me, baloney absolute baloney. Because their performance and lack of professionalism I decided to change recruitment agencies, all would be good but they still call me and hassle me over getting payslips for certain jobs that I've done in the past which I have already declared online. Considering there a job recruitment agency none of them do their job or help you out in the slightest anyway all they do is try and make your life a living hell, since it really doesn't matter for them whether they get you a job or not, as long as they have you as a client their company is making money. That's all that really matters to them and you can tell that by their persona, mannerisms and the way they treat you. They talk down to you like you're a piece of garbage. Please don't call me ever again, continue ruining any other peoples lives as I am no longer your client or your Pinata to psychologically beat up on. Anyone that is looking to use a recruitment agency for the love of god stay away from this place if you want to come out sane. I hope you all get exposed for the bullies that you are towards genuine hard working people that are trying to look for a job.

Horrible horrible people! Should not be allowed to have a licence to deal with the public. They treat you like dirt because you don't have a job. They tried to interview me in a joint interview with another job seeker with no regard for privacy. When I said I didn't feel comfortable doing a joint interview they said that is how we do it here! So I left.
The atmosphere of this office is unprofessional as they had music blaring and all very casual.
Don't ever deal with these people!
