Writing this several months after getting a transfer, so bear that in mind, though I doubt much has changed. If you're assigned here, honestly, request a transfer immediately. These guys have a terrible reputation for a reason.

I'm a DV survivor and while there I experienced bullying, gaslighting, verbal abuse, manipulation and a general lack of empathy that was astounding. I witnessed the same happening to other jobseekers while there during my mandatory on site "job search" activities (they assigned me job search 3 days per week in person in their office).

They tried to bully me into attending in-house full time "training" (resume skills) in person at their office during Melbourne's lockdown, while mutual obligations were suspended, and hounded me relentlessly during this time to the point where I had to stop answering their calls as it was causing significant distress.

Any other agency will be better.

My consultant was Gagandeep Singh. He is very irresponsible and ignorant. If you are allocated with this guy, change your consultant immediately. I have been in contact with him and he requested me to email him, but he has never replied my emails!

I have spoken to staff members here quite a few times over the phone & I have been greeted by a friendly team member on my first visit. I feel that Jacob & Joanna have treated me with utmost respect while keeping it professional & courteous. This place is well presented & the ambience feels great, leaving me with no complaints. I really look forward to working together in our future meetings. I do recommend this employment service provider!

The best employment program staff I've ever come across. Genuine. Caring and a heart full of compassion. Keep it up you two!

Horrible staff that really don't care about personal situations. Don't go in tears as they'll take every chance to put you down further.

These guys suck! All they do is screw you over they can't get their facts right! See a different job agency.

I have tired to get work though these guys for ages they don’t listen and never have the same staff. Each time you go they treat you like your new and don’t understand what needs to be done. Don’t use these guys and get out as fast as possible if you are with them. I just sat down for an hour and a half waiting to see someone when everyone was just standing around chatting about life while the centre was empty. Its not the first time I have sat around for over an hour.the time before This I sat around for 2 hours and the time before that was 2 hours
