8Hopeless, not a single staff member there knows what they're doing. I can't believe they got the contract from the government. Staff so young and inexperienced, rude, no life skills. If I'm ever unemployed again I'll make sure to stay away.
Not a good experience. Turned up looking for help finding work, they took my details and said they would contact me but never did. I contacted them and they said they'd never heard of me.
They only think their pockets as if they want u success but themselves and they don't care if u have mental illness but seem keep pushing u
If you're engaging them as a direct referral for yourself, the Glenroy branch is disorganised and treat you as if your a job search evading dole bludger. The only useful thing has been the interview techniques session and for that, they get one star. Don't self refer here, go elsewhere.
Stay away from this place, the have no clue what they are doing and they dont listen, if you email a consultant with an urgent message do expect a reply, i will be contacting HR with a complaint
MAX Employment has too many negatives feed back from their clients. Government should withdraw them from the LIST. (waste tax payer money). Do something more positive.

Hopeless when it comes to getting someone to reply to a phone call. I spend half my time chasing them.
