MAX Employment Dandenong

You won't get a job from here! Been with them for over a year and found no job. They tell you to come and apply for jobs yourself while you are there. They don't help us finding jobs. They have a job portal of jobs I have been applying to them but not a single reply back! Useless!

Useless, promise to do things and never follow through on it. Numerous phone calls and emails never returned or responded too. Suppose to be there to help perhaps they should be unemployed too!

If Any Staff at this office Max Employment Dandenong Uses Unprofessional Behavior, including Bullying, and Intimidation, Report them to the Department Of Employment. Its is a Breach within the terms of their Contract that Max Employment, (A Private Company) Has with the Federal Government of Australia.to use Unprofessional, Intimidating and Bullying Behavior from their Staff towards Clients.

Max employment, now I have been a client to max employment for months now.
And there is a lot of bad and I'll get to that in a second but for those who work there which are

Bonnie, dean Andrew, masuda are amazing, if you go to max employment for work see these people they always have a smile treat you with respect.

But Marlene Lockwood, is a real peice of work, abusive, rude, does nothing, makes you feel horrible and I mean horrible about yourself.
She will put you into courses that do nothing, she will say she is the "resume queen" load of bullshit she is horrible.
She will put you down in more ways then one don't get fooled she will "ACT" nice at first but then she is the nastiest person on this earth.
She will cut your payments without doing anything regardless you send her an email to why if you have a certificate from the doctors.

My best advice for people who are young old whoever you want a job DONT GO TO MAX EMPLOYMENT unless you know you won't get her, all her clients have stated what I have just said, but because of her age she doesn't get fired, doesn't get told off. She gets paid to make you feel like the worst human being on earth.

Now nothing that I have written is untrue or a lie it is 110 PERCENT! True.

She is abusive to other workers shutting them down.
She runs the place but honestly bonnie and the other workers are lovely amazing have nothing bad to say about them it's just that one "person" who makes max employment look like the worst job provider in Dandenong.

And I have put up another review but because it stated what was wrong and my opinion it got taken down and that is wrong.
You want to know about the job provider your going too.
But seriously don't get fooled.
She sits in the corner has short blonde hair. Oh and if you want to speak to her she won't let you she will say and these are her exact words

"After I say what I need to say you'll have your chance to speak" no you'll start to speak and she will get angry she will say your rude and nasty and she will go to her boss or another worker. To make them feel sorry for Marlene Lockwood.

But once again you want a job DONT I MEAN DONT GO TO MAX EMPLOYMENT
And honestly if there was a way to give less then half a star I would for the rudeness and everything that comes with dealing with one of the nastiest people in the way.

But to the rest. You guys have been amazing keep up the good work I enjoy our chats and your advice couldn't complain

The company would be so better off without Marlene Lockwood, hopefully one day they realise she's the issue the massive issue and it won't be resolved until she is out of the job provider I don't know how she even got the job with the way she speaks to her clients it's DISGUSTING!
