MAX Employment Cranbourne

I have the pleasure of having mikaela help me at max employment, after being sick and out of action for about a year she gave me the confidence to put myself out there again, helped me get back up on my feet and do everything I wouldn't have been able to do on my own, helped me get clothes, get interviews, redo my resume and on going support. I can not thank the whole team at max employment enough for the help and support they have given me and still proceed to give, being an older man and not being to savvy with technology these days can seem to be out of reach. I always look forward to our calls and catch ups.

Just like to give a huge shout out to Marissa. For her constant and ongoing support through my fun journey of employment it’s been up it been down but the one thing I know that’s not up and down is the supoort that’s I get from Marissa every week her supoort is amazing so thank you and all the staff at max Cranbourne are amazing and I’d be lost with out you so thank you.:)

So I was thinking I’ve been with Max for a while and never placed a review despite reviewing all places I go to. I guess it’s because I’ve been there been a client with both the two lovely ladies Sam and Mikaela that are simply amazing. They work really hard to understand you and work truly alongside with you to understand you needs, circumstances, goals in life and barriers we all sadly have at a certain level. I would highly recommend them:)

I found the service to be efficient and all communications were dealt with in a timely manner. I would be happy to use MAX Employment again.

Update: I filed a complaint and upper management assured me I'm under no obligation to tell her where I worked despite her insisting I needed to. Upper management was respectful and understood my issue well and while I thank them for it these issues should not exist at any level.

Emma refused to reschedule my appointment that was during work hours because I wouldn't tell them where I worked, so they lied to me and said because of a "new policy" they won't change my appointment without me telling them.

I report all my details to centrelink and that's all any job seeker is required to do.employees are intentionally misleading people for their own gain.

Cuts off my payments and asked me to call them, my agent is busy and said she will call me back and it’s been 4 days and nothing, time wasters

Extremely rude staff, the girl was rude on the phone and when i questioned her she ended up hung up on me

Wonderfully helpfully people.if you are serious about your work life this place will help you achieve it

They are amazing you have to put in effort to achieve something and they will help you the whole way.

Max employment have helped give me the confidence in my job search and i'm very grateful great team of people and I have now secured my first job.

Every time I was to enter the office I was greeted with friendly staff and always attended to as I needed. Am now employed with the help from the terrific staff at Max Employment Cranbourne.

Max employment is doing great at finding the job interviews I need and I've done well at them and will soon have job i'll love.

If you like no help and unjustified rude & disgraceful behaviour towards yourself this is the place to be.

No help whatsoever. As soon as I arrived they didn't listen, just ticking boxes, extremely rude. Don't go here if you actually want help finding work.

Probably the worst and least empathetic employment provider out there. Clients welfare payments are regularly suspended due to staff errors, but they never apologize. Avoid

Dont really care for your needs, my personal experience has been terrible. A major lack of empathy.

Generally unhelpful. My consultant stuffed me around quite often with little regard to me or my circumstances, and no-one at this service took any time to teach me how to do the reporting Centrelink requires, and because of their lack of attention, I ended up with a $300 debt.
Seriously, choose one of the many other employment services from Cranbourne

Prefer to give absolutely No stars but would not allow me to post. Job Network that runs closely with centrelink. Hazardous. Avoid at all costs. Very rude staff that need better training. They never help you. If you obtain work, best you only tell centrelink and not them. Why should they get a commission based on your hard earned efforts applying for countless job positions when they never do anything to help.
