Disgraceful organization from the manager and down the ladder. Hand over your personal information in a crisis, detailing significant tragic events and expect the staff to talk your business to each other calling you all kinds of nasty things. Hope you get permanently shut down.

Max is USELESS & I feel they are ONLY interested in ticking the boxes & take any money they can off the government! Jason did NOTHING at all for me & tried to get me to do the paper work for transferring to DES! He was just LAZY & DIDNT like his job. I then had Shannon for a while who was FANTASTIC. A BIG SHAME she went to another office? Brett was a GREAT help too but too has gone to another office️Since latest lockdown had hardly any contact & no one rang much at all!

The MOST Amazing people who really help! They changed my life for the better in so many ways. So very greatful to them.

Tried to trick my mum into hard labor because they are terrible at their job, literally forced her to find her own work and do everything to get the job just to swoop in at the end and claim credit and a cut for doing nothing

They are the most useless donkeys on this planet they wouldnt even help with a train ticket to a job interview I had but they are happy to take any money from the government to try find me a job but they did nothing but look down on me like I am a bum.never go here.

Fails duty of care in clients mental and physical well being. Continues to place young vulnerable females in roles whereby the employer puts their safety at risk in illegal conditions. Mark weir who is in charge and has been made well aware denies, refuses responsibility and ignores risks and complaints made.in a glibness and arrogance only seen by the worst style politician or used car salesman. It is clear that this job placement agency has only its own interests in off loading placements for funding as its main priority. An absolute disgrace in their treatment of clients whom have been exploited and mistreated under their watch.

My partner has been going to max in chelsea for 6 years on and off and has only got a job from them in the whole time.
The place is only there to make sure that you are fulfilling obligations of centrelink, thats it.
They are a waste of time and space shame on the gov to give them full control of centrelink recipients, cut you cause you dont attend their stupid interview sessions.

This place is tots wicked.go in for a free coffee mate, have a yarn check out some gash then head of. Great place to meet other people in the same situation so it makes it easier for me to score

Look, I wouldn’t say it’s totally bad. But its just short of 2 stars. God some of the staff are patronising towards me. Person I’ve got (not for long as I am soon to go elsewhere) made me keep job searching while studying full time and working on an internship. On getting accepted into that internship, she sounded sarcastic & didn’t believe me at first. She made negative remarks when searching for jobs outside of my comfort zone. Not to mention the (what feels like) heart palpitations each time I go here as it’s actually that nerve racking. Shame that some staff are actually lovely, they don’t deserve such a poor score.but sadly it’s not enough to change my view on this place.
