Absolutely disgusting,
I have now lost 2 full time positions because max employment will not get in touch or provide funding for renewal of tickets which they are ment to is this is part of the job employment services. They will not return my calls or when I call them they say they will call me back but never do.

I usually don't have much trust in employment agencies I have always seem to have found my own positions, however being a single father I am Now in the position that I need as much help as I can get to secure a position and these so call agency max employment footscray are not helpful in the slightest if anything they more sabotage positions for you due to their lack of lazyness.

Shame on you max employment footscray your organization is pathetic get better!

The case worker I had always looking for work for me and always helped me out with traffic control training also to get my HR licence and got me a job part time and will lead to full time I hope further down the track.
I think they do a great job and try to fit you in to jobs they think you are capable of doing.

I was with another Job Provider for over 3 years. I went to Max because I 'timed out' with my initial provider and they found me work within a month! The case managers (I had two) always returned calls and acted professionally and with empathy whenever I had an appointment. Big shout out to Anhie and Miriam for all their help. You guys get FIVE stars

Very bad have had no assistance what so ever I do not even see the point off a job network have had no contact and when you go into the office all it is hello sign this and good bye it’s a waste off a train fare which I can not afford. My last job network from Echuca was fantastic they had me a job with in a week you guys should follow there methods

My experience here has been amazing. The staff are not down your throat like some other places. Also seemed to trust me with meeting my requirements. They got me a job after 3 or 4 months with being with them. Very happy and greatful.

I didn't feel 100% confident sending my resume to employer's. Anhie my caseworker did an excellent job with condensing it down and improving it's look. I am confident to send it out now also appreciative and thankful for her excellent effort and awesome communication and people skills.

This site has come a long way from what it used to be. Based in what is not a popular suburb, the ladies at this office do an outstanding job in dealing with different sorts of clients from varied backgrounds and issues and might I add, not all clients are easy to deal with. It can be a very thankless job for the effort put in where the clients forget that the actual aim is to help them provided they are also willing to help themselves.

Footscray is a poor suburb. That's the place where I have heard on the news that horrible thugs terrorize the neighborhood, there is home invasion, car jacking, vandalism and etc. Why did I have to come all the way there for screening and job application.

Staff here are absolutely incompetent, rude and arrogant. They don't care about anyone but themselves. I'm not sure why they hired mindless idiots that lack customer service. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting!

My mum was at the max employment Yesturday 18th August 2016. I believed she was treated unfair. No on was there to explain in Vietnamese, what she needed to do. It's her 3rd attempt. Trying to do the right things.
I rang the office and speak to a lady office but didn't get her name and explain to her how my mum was feeling. She then reckon that she explain to my mum already. How is that possible when someone could not speak english to understand her. I then want to speak to a manager and asked for her name (the lady that pick up the phone) she won't tell me.then hang up. How rude is that. What sort of service you get. Mum's 63. I feel that they had treat my mum like a peace off sh……t. Why because my dad pass away and she no longer a carer and getting money from centre link…And Jobless.

It scored a 2 because of the lack of knoladge regarding the client. Also the phone is barley answerd. Although the staff are very friendly and kind.
