Trying you contact Maiana from las 10 days, i made 10 calls a day at reception & her mobile no, she is that busy didn’t even call back once or answer reception calls, no email response no text response.i am attaching pics as proof others can see how responsible they are, even as per receptionist managers know that they send so many messages to them every time i called.

Thank you to Yashna on helping my son Zac. She has bought him out of his shell. He is willing to give more things a go, down to the smallest things like attending appointments on his own and getting out of his comfort zone. Yashna is very supportive with listening to Zac and all of his needs. She encourages him to give everything a go that Is offered to him. Her bubbly personality makes each time comforting to him and doesn't feel overwhelmed with this new journey in his life. I appreciate your guidance with the time you spend with Zac.

I have been calling continuously from last 3 days but my consultant (Maina) in Werribee office is not available despite I mentioned to reception that its urgent. My consultant is friendly but I don't know why this is happening though I sent her an email as well.

John is very professional with great attention to detail and a can do attitude at all times. He makes you feel comfortable by his phenominal consultant skills. Couldn't tell you how good a company they are because I can never get through on the phone. Have called five times over the last two days and the phone wasn't picked up once.

Liars. These organisations claim they will help people to find work and get off the government's teat. But they have never and will never actually do work to help people. They are here to keep you frustrated and unemployed longer. I'm absolutely disgusted by their service and the people working here should be ashamed of themselves.
