I would give this 0 stars if i could.from refusals to transfer me to another service, never answering calls, never GIVING ME the correct emails to send it to (my consultant). Cutting payments for no reason and claiming i haven’t done my job search (i have an exemption for my autism), calling me at 8-9am when i’ve asked not to as i have insomnia and usually sleep from 4-6am onwards due to ptsd, everything.they’re useless.never helped to get a job, to where i’ve actually gotten myself two jobs without them and they’re saying they’re not real, and i have to get a job through them.even the people on the 1800 number are fed up with this office, and don’t blame me. Max employment is the biggest joke.they harass you for zero reason, cut payments and are ableist.period.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Useless staff, almost impossible to contact and their system seems to be broken.

I've almost never spoken to the same person twice and they can never pronounce my legal name even when told it multiple times.

Finally, my phone identifies their number as AMP Electrical Solutions when they call, which is very weird.

This company clearly only cares about making money, not helping their clients. The fact they call us "customers" makes that abundantly clear.

If I don't say myself this was an outstanding experience. Keep up the great work and keep your heads high. The customer service was perfect and I recommend this company to everyone.

Just useless talk by unprofessional and arrogant staff who never smile or help you, but just argue and give you some useless idea which may never help you or which you may already know and understand. I went to this place twice with hope to get some assistance, but unfortunately what I have got from them so far, is just a huge disappointment.

My payments keep on getting suspended because of lack of communication on their end. I work casually and couldn't attend meetings which I notify the staff days in advance, and because they didn't do their job properly, they didn't book me in for another appointment, my payments then got cut off. It makes me look like I'm disorganised when I'm doing everything right, working, attending appointments, applying for jobs etc. This has happened numerous times, because of their lack of organisation I then have to suffer. I called the other day in regards to this and got told that a staff member will call me back, which they of course didn't. So once again I had to chase it up on my lunch break. When I've complained to them directly all they say is sorry about that. Guarantee it will happen again, very unreliable

Contrary to the negative comments posted, i found Max Employment extremely efficient, empathetic and very resourceful. Many thanks to Geoff and the team for finding me 4 options in the industry i was trained in and obtaining my "dream" job. Follow the rules, attend appointments and your payments wont be cut off (no different to centerlink). Keep up the great work Geoff and team.

Horrible, gut-wrenching experience each time. No empathy. Very unkind staff who are too young. They just answer questions with scripted lines from Centrelink and seem to enjoy cutting off payments. Being injured and in chronic pain or people in active addiction who desperately need the money suffer at the hands of these people. Iwould give 0 stars if i could.

The consultants and admin I've met here have been understanding and do an admirable, under-rewarded job. In my experience, they don't allow red tape to restrict people from getting help when they can't help themselves. They give valuable assistance daily to people face to face who are often extremely disadvantaged and sometimes abusive. Tahn who answers the phones is a legend he's fun, empathetic, always professional and has an awesome rapport with so many walks of clients I've seen come through.

Worse job provider I have been too! Would highly recommend job seekers not to sign up with these guys! They do not know how to do their jobs properly and couldn't care less about their clients getting work! Shilpa was horrible to deal with!
