My experience at maxeffort has been nothing but positive, my insecurities and lack of strength and ambition have always been supported and I’m encouraged and pushed to reach limits I didn’t know I had. My mental health has improved immensely and I feel very comfortable to be myself and try new things. Max effort is welcoming and makes me feel positive about myself.

Being someone with extreme anxiety i found that the Max effort fitness facility accomodated me well. I met amazing people who i had the opportunity to work out with. Brad is an amazing coach. Very understanding of your needs and accommodating to busy work/life schedules.
I no longer fear going to the gym.thanks Brad and team.

Brad is such and amazing P. T. Friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. He will work out the best routine to suit you but will also push you to achieve your goals.

I've been training with Brad since Jan 2020. The fact that I sought Brad out again, after restrictions were lifted, speaks volumes of his dedication, expertise and great communication style.
You really can't go wrong if you've got Brad as your trainer.

Brad is a multi skilled Fitness Freak! His classes are fun and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and gets results with Personal Training sessions and is also a massage therapist who I have seen personally
for injuries and I’ve taken my children to for general sport massages. I would highly recommend for all of the above services.

Watching the videos from before I first worked with MEF my lifts were pretty bad, with brads help I've come a long way and injury free.

Brad is an awesome PT. I used to enjoy doing group sessions they were always challenging and had variety Also recommend for remedial massage, he is able to effectively identify and treat the cause of the pain

Brad is very knowledgeable trainer and accommodated to my fitness needs specific to my athletic requirements. He help develop my strength, endurance and coordination skills to the higher level required to compete at a completion level.
