I suffer terminal cancer and needed to get my sibling out the family house that was left to us by our father, but he refused, he had planned to live there forever. He owned another property but wouldn't budge. The staff at M&B were very efficient with taking legal action against my sibling and commenced legal action, consequently the house was put on the market.and sold. I'm not cancer free, but at least I have money to enjoy my final years.
And the fees were actually less than I was quoted.
