I recently came into this store with my mother to help her get an upgrade on her pillow. I’d been here before for my own pillow, which still feels great a year on. The staff here are great, and the quality of the pillows is top-notch. Isabelle handled every question my mother had, she was just really attentive and helpful, which is rare nowadays in a lot of places. The pillow itself is amazing - it's so comfortable and supportive. My mother has noticed a significant improvement in my sleep since using it. After going through about 5 useless pillows online, this is the first one that’s actually helped. I’ll definitely be back again.

Outstanding service, especially from the man named Reece. I bought a pillow just over a year ago, and the cooling gel stopped working and the pillow was heating up, and they had a quick assessment and decided to swap the pillow for a new one. Outstanding service, and they have my loyalty for life.

The new manager Reece's customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I first had a bad impression of the store when I bought my mattress there last year and was not happy with my purchase but could not return it. The two emails I sent were not answered and then I thought that's it and gave my mattress away. Management has changed since then and when Reece heard about what happened back then he did everything in his power to get the right mattress to me. This was something which turned out to be tricky, since I had moved to Sydney by then, and since it was challenging to get the same type of mattress I tried here in Sydney. But Reece kept his word and 2 days ago my new mattress arrived and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The new mattress is super comfortable and I'm glad everything could be sorted out in the end. Thanks a lot Reece!

They took the time for me to try different pillows till I found the one I was happy with. With a 30 day guarantee that if I've made a mistake and the product is not suitable I can return the pillow.

I am sure that we tested the patience of Claudia over more than 1 visit to test new beds! We eventually purchased 2 beds which were delivered within the timeframe advised.

On arrival, the queen base would not be manoeuvred up our stairs despite the efforts of the delivery team. Stephen was very understanding and was more than happy to switch over the queen base for 2 queen singles. Friendly and accommodating service is hard to find and we appreciated the flexibility.

Needless to say the new beds are excellent. If you are reading this and considering shopping at one of the larger bed shed brands, I can only encourage you to try Stephen and his team. In our experience there is no comparison.

Shopped around for ages looking for the kids mattress and finally found perfect combo of value and comfort. Ended up changing over our 12 year old mattress as well. Highly recommend!

I went to Pillow Science to find a new bed. Their customer service was amazing - so professional. The staff were super patient with me and the bed I ended up getting has been - in one word - sensational! The bed was also really affordable. I have already recommend them to a few friends. I left a 2 star review for the poor customer service received. The reply was, we did not find a record of a purchase in our system, so down to 1 star as I purchased a kids mattress in your store not long ago. Was at first offered an ok service by a team member, but it was clear that they weren't too happy to serve me, when i came back an hour later after taking correct measurements another employee was there that really wasn't in the mood of dealing with me, so she went out the back to call the previous employee. I was not offered the free delivery option that you advertise and I live 2km tops from the store, because the package had wheels. I didn't even ask as I clearly wanted to get out of the shop. I recently met anotger manager in a huge warehouse in Bentleigh that has been to the same store and has experienced the same exact thing.
The one star is because if you can't find an order that is in your system as i have a 5 year warranty and paid by card that says it all.
I'm a manager in retail and have been for a very long time. It's not ok to buy things being polite and be treated poorly.
Will not be back.
