2 My friend took my family to Matta, her facourite cafe, on Friday and I had one of the best brunch! Such a shame I forgot taking any photos. Ordered soba noodles with yuzu sauce for me and Japanese noodles with creamy mushroom sauce for my daughter. I loved the soba noodles but even loved more of that creamy mushroom noodles! The coffee I had was so so smooth!
I will definitely go back for that gorgeous coffee and food next time when I visit Melbourne.
What a gem of a place. Monday lunch and the place was full. Could not fault the food. All excellent. Must have were the Prawn Nori Tacos, Risotto with mushrooms and the Curry omelette. Also had the Chicken Karaage which was very nice but the dishes above were superb. Will have to come back and try the other dishes. Staff were very obliging and friendly. Decor was tasteful and atmosphere was welcoming. Will be back again.
