Maternal Instinct

I was so out of element in here but Meghan was super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect gift. This place has a beautiful range.

I recently purchased 2 items from Maternal Instinct. Being a new customer to this store, I was very impressed by the level of customer service experienced. Due to lockdown, I had to place my order online and had a few questions beforehand, which the team answered very promptly via my contact with them on Instagram. Having placed my order, I was super impressed to receive a notification advising that the items were shipped the same day! Delays with Auspost meant I didn’t receive the items as quickly, however this is understandable and to be expected during a pandemic! When I received my items, they presented very well and the personalised ‘thank you’ note was a cute touch!

It doesn’t look it from the street, but the store stocks a great range of well known and beautiful brands. Good place to grab gifts, things for bub or pregnancy/ post partum clothes.

So good to be able to try all the big maternity brands you see online. Shop has a huge variety and you don’t feel like a potato in them! The lady who runs this is so so lovely, kind and helpful! First time mum here and was feeling overwhelmed until she stepped in to help. Thank you and I’ll be back

Well my review may be biased because I definitely had a unique experience but these women are massively accommodating and supportive. The clothing is top of the line and the store is beautiful and calming. Definitely worth a visit for first time moms and second third fourth time mommas)

A bit pricey but the stock here is wide ranging and high quality. The staff are very knowledgeable and not pushy. Lots of non clothes items as well for gift seekers. A good choice for first time mums.
