3 I have been a client of Matchworks DES, Corio since before it was Matchworks. I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion and empathy I have received from the team. Nothing has been too hard, they have been with me during my most difficult times, have been, not just an 'employment agency' but my therapists, my rock and I would like to think - friends.

Mt Druitt MatchWorks staff I got appointed to first was Jayne and she was rude so I requested to talks to a supervisor and it was denial then she transfer me to her friend Annjawai which was very Manipulates she have try everything's from putting my payment's on hold then suspension and have me resign up the re engagement over and over un till now just because I ask to speak to a supervisor about her friend Jayne.
I wish I could give less, the worst DES provider ever, and I've had a couple of pretty bad ones over the years. Not one of them can do their job, they are always trying to get me kicked off of my MA, kicked out of their services altogether, fail to ever provide even a single job for me to apply for (but I still provide them proof of all the ones that I apply for - so they are out there, and they'd have better success than me if they tried). And worst still they refuse to give me an email address to contact my latest 'consultant'. I can't ring (they hang up, don't answer or give you fake info) I can't leave the house due to illnesses, so my only option is email. They write on a 'do not reply' address booking me appts I can't keep and can't reply to.
