Absolute joke of a place I missed appointment tried to call was told by reception that worker would call me back never did I called every day and same thing untill I was one day before reporting I called Centrelink complaint and they got through

A few weeks later I missed appointment due to working (tried calling that morning) and same thing she will call you back again nothing Its now been 5 days and I now had to chase her up to another matchworks and she said she never received any emails about me calling there is no communication between the workers.

There is also the fact she doesn't listen to what I have to say at appointments and the appointment I missed was just to hand a resume in nothing more.

Have no made official complaint and will be changing providers.

By looks of other reviews the only decent worker is Jay no other good reviews

Jay was great support when starting my new job. I was only a job seeker for a short time but was very happy with Jay's support.

I recently finished the 52 weeks of PPS with Deb and she was amazing throughout the whole year.
Great support and always did her best to help me with anything I needed during that time.

I also need to add that whenever Deb or Jay were on annual leave, I had Sara as my consultant.
Although she was only filling in for Deb and Jay, she always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, made me feel supported and she genuinely cared about any issues I had.

Tasha really helpful, quick replies and great understand of situations! Recommend this place!

They only give harestment. Mental toucher force to study that you don’t want to study
When I ask help to fix my resume they said you fixed and update and send it to me,
You guys are there to rip up the people in the name of non profit organisations! I was doing Uber but they said you can’t do Uber otherwise you will not allowed to back to Centerlink payment in future
Especially jelena, and I stop doing Uber she put me own course that I’m not interested
Finally I found the job by my self and ask them I need fuel jacket But they refused to help
Never going to chose match work melton

I can get help in anytime I want and all of the staff at Matchworks Melton has been very positive, and willing to go above and beyond to assist me in finding employment.

But I am not happy with the receptionists unfortunately as long as they are better they changed to the other She doesn't know what to do and what to say. It is horrible receptionists

I am upset with the way i was treated on the phone by your employies.i thought there phone manner was terrible.they need to be spoken to or trained better.

I have been a client of Matchworks for a little while now, my experience with all of the staff at Matchworks sunshine has been very positive, staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to assist me in finding employment.
