Rude speaking, They don't answer or Call you for appointments, Lazy attitudes

Heidi is so rude. Never looked forward to going to my appointments. She’s just very cold and inconsiderate. Thank god i don’t need to go here anymore.

I don't know why some of their staff are weird especially when you call them they act very rude and very disrespectful.
They told me to attend to an activity Mon - Fri. One day I needed to go to the initial assessment at an institute that was booked for me. I called MatchWorks HEIDELBERG about it. They didn't care and the rude lady told me it's not a good reason you must attend the activity otherwise your payment will stop!

The worst service I have ever received
from a “service” provider.
The staff can be particularly cold, unfriendly, unhelpful, provide judgement & make clients feel worthless, this when many are already feeling pretty low.
I am both trying to find meaningful work and care for a terminally ill housemate and I was continually threatened with being cut off from my benefit because I refused a position that would keep me away from home, at times overnight.
I would rather get a job as a prostitute and get murdered than to ever have to deal with these people again.
AVOID at all costs for your health and well being!
