All the staff is professional but dear Sarah Warburton is a respected lady with good behavior she helped me alot in the way i wanted thank u so much.

The redhead lady is rude as all hell, over the phone and in person. Treats you like you're scum. I believe the compliance officer. I suggest go to another job provider. Though the other staff are really friendly this one lady just knows how to push all the buttons.

This place has workers with disgusting behaviour. No manners towards the clients. I had my partner walk in for his appointment and he is on Centrelink payment due to not being able to find work. He has a worker yell at him saying “Centrelink payment is not a lifestyle. I see you wearing Nike, jordan, culture kings etc. ” these workers get paid for to help out with finding work not judging us. We could have been given really good looking clothes as gifts. And last thing we want is people like these workers judging us. Fix up your attitude, before you lose your job from other complaints.

I have to give a 5, and a special accolade to this staff STEVIE SMITH for being such a very nice staff. Very approachable, communicative, polite and above all a kindhearted human who helps people in different ways.

She helped to provide me with a phone when I needed one for work purposes and promised to help me out with a reading glass for work purposes when I didn't even ask her to. She sounds so polite whenever on the phone with me for appointments and am sure she does the same to others.

I just wish we can have tow or more of her kind of heart and personality down there then it will be a even better place as it is now. Kudos to you Stevie, you're a great character and I must confess that. Thank you.

Very poor stuff, just finds a way to get rid of your points and soo useless I would never refer this to anyone just a waste of time.

That's really bad to know that I have to be on Centrelink to apply a job with you guys! Job recruitment agencies should be there to help anyone and everyone looking for job, not just the "labeled ones"
