I started attending MatchWorks Greensborough around six months ago. The care, empathy and understanding demonstrated by my case worker, Nez Oguzhan has been unparalleled. I was very vulnerable and she made sure that I got everything I needed to get back into the workforce without even have to ask for it and enabled me to keep my dignity. I am grateful client who couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Nez and Yasmin.

I changed my case worker a couple month ago and now I’m with Nez Oguzhan. The amount of care and understanding Nez has shown me is outstanding. All of my needs have always being met above and beyond. She’s always checking up on me whenever I feel down or require help. She’s always has supported me with my work life and she’s always prepared to do anything for me to feel settled down and happy with everything. I appreciate her help so much as I’ve never have received this amount of help and support.

My experience with Matchworks Greensborough since September last year has been nothing but stellar. I was going through consultants constantly as the WorkForce Aus migration was occurring but finally got placed with Nesrin to do my post placement support
Nesrin has been super helpful with anything I have needed to work but would not be able to get on my own, she's always been around to have a chat about work and how it's going and for the first time in a few years feel like people under Matchworks are being cared for

Not one bit helpful in anyway,
Not once did they refer me to a job,
Help with my resume,
Or help me with further education glad I never have to go back to your rude team
If you have no desire to help people with employment prospects you shouldn't work in this industry
Had more help from voulantary recruitment agencies who aren't just keeping you in the system for their benefit.

Poor customer service from this location and National call centre. Only help you get jobs if you're on welfare. So all the bums get special treatment and for the rest of us it's survival of the fittest. Rightio!

Not helpful at all!

I was doing a temporary job not so long ago, paid work, and they wanted to pull me out of it, to go and "Work for the Doll". I thought these guys were suppose to help you find paid work, not take you away from it.
