Nat has been AMAZING, she is so supportive and always there for me when I need her. She got me into full-time work and still checks in on me and always goes above and beyond. Was hoping matchworks would be better than my last place, but they are so bad for returning calls, this is why l left only two stars

It is meant to be a disability service but they ignore any barriers you may have and constantly and relentlessly refer you to jobs without considering your boundries.

The service offered by Isabel Pavez (team leader-manager at Werribee branch) was outstanding, from the very initial consultation Isabel went over and above, she communicated regularly any and all details relevant to our journey. Isabel was empathetic and understanding to our personal situation, she was kind and thoughtful, we can not thank you enough for the service and support you gave to us.

I have been with Matchworks for the past 2 years, and have found my employment consultants Jennifer Long and Adam Pepi to be on a professional level and would like to thank them both for there expertise and assistance in helping me move forward for future employment. Thanks guys all the best.

Adam is professional and genuine as any job consultant I've ever spoken to during my time of unemployment. I'm so grateful for he's guidance, Adam has not only helped me gain employment but has found me my career job in pizzeria.

Have been with Matchworks for over 5 years. And they have helped me alot. Have had a number of consultants, and they've all been very professional and considerate to my individual needs.

I was allocated to Matchworks Werribee, and I must say the professionalism and genuine attentiveness and empathy by the staff (Missy and Jennifer) was and is overwhelming. They gave me the confidence, support and reassurance to help me get back on track, when I was lost and thought I at the age of 58 there was nothing out there for me. I have suffered with low self esteem and depression for some time now. The great news is that I am working and things are looking up, I haven’t felt so positive and strong and able to face the day with enthusiasm for so long. I thank the team for their initial and ongoing support and I owe it to myself and Matchworks to put my best foot forward everyday and do my best.

I worked with Amy Ralston as my case manager, and have finally had positive changes happen in my life because of this interaction. She was the first case worker to pick up my case and finally help me with navigating the system. There aren't enough words to explain or thank her for the help she has given me. Her holistic working and engaging, her understanding of complex mental health issues and disabilities enabled me to fully engage with her without the fear of judgement that usually restricts people when they interact with such programs. I owe her a large amount of gratitude. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she's done for me. I have had negative experiences with other case managers and have brought this attention to management. When I brought this to the attention of my case worker she was disheartened by the fact that people have had these experiences.

I am a new client of Matchworks Werribee and Adam was Allocated to me in March 2020. He has been amazing to work with over this period and would like to say thank you.

Match work's has been really helpful in finding me a job. They are really understanding and friendly in helping you to find the job you are looking for.

Having been asociated with Matchworks for several years through circumstances, I have watched them struggle with a broken system. At the coal face the reception has always been cordial and patient, And for the most part, appointments have been timely and informative.

Over the past ten monrths, we have all faced an unprecedented challenge. This organization like any other has been hindered, but the service continued under extraordinary circumstances. The staff continued to answer the phones, maintaining a professional and friendly uplifting manner.

My employment co-ordinator, Adam, has been extremely helpful, recommending, facilitating and fully supporting enrolment in a Community Services course to further advance my prospects for the longer term.

I am sixty-three years of age, having retired from tour operations after twenty years. The course is almost complete and it has been enjoyable, to say the least.

Any future success will only eventuate because of the persistence and comprehensive encouragement from Adam and the team at Matchworks. Thank you guys and girls.

Matchworks is a great job network provider. They really try to cater to the needs & barriers of individuals. Adam has been a great help to me & I probably wouldn't have got a job if it wasn't for him. He has gone above & beyond & is an all round good guy

I’ve been with Matchwork for a couple of years now dealing with Nick who is an amazing person to work with he has help me gain confidence in myself and apply for job I never thought I could do his always following up with phone calls and always gets back to me if I need anything so I’d like to say a big thank you to Nick for everything he has done for me to get my confidence keep up the great work

I have been a client of Matchworks Werribee on and off now for the last 2.5 years. Due to health problems (requiring 2 hip replacements), I have been struggling to find work. My disability case manager Nick has been fantastic. He has helped me in every way possible to find employment and kept me sane through COVID-19 lockdown. Nick always calls me on a weekly basis for a chat and responds to my emails promptly. He is very professional, friendly and will go out of his way to help you.
I am now employed on a casual basis working 18 hours per week, working from home which suits my circumstances for now. One hip has been replaced (Oct 2019), just waiting on the other to be done, which hopefully will be sometime this year. Once fully recovered I will be able to look for fulltime work in the field I am currently studying (Criminology & Criminal Justice).
I can not speak highlighy enough of Matchworks Werribee and my case manager Nick. I would recommend them to anyone.

So helpless

This place is a complete waste of time. The consultants are mostly power hungry and rude. It is meant to be a disability service but they ignore any barriers you may have, in my case, stage four cancer. They demand you come to appointments even regardless of your health on that day. There us provision in the law that allows phone aappointments for such cases but NOT at match works. They enjoy making up their own laws. Stay away from these losers.
