Useless people especially arab muslim lady she has no soul but just wants promotion and better pay

I had been with Matchworks Broadmeadows in and out since I was 16. There was only once (1) when I wasn’t with them for a period of two (2) years when I was put into Campbell Page, but then was put back into Matchworks Broadmeadows again after that two (2) year period. In the time I had been with them, I only had one (1) maybe two (2) consultants that were decent. The others that I had I can’t remember and the ones I can remember we’re very rude and disrespectful and they don’t seem to care about anyone but themselves. They only want to do what benefits them and don’t seem to care about clients concerns and seem to just dismiss anything a client has to say. I’m now with AtWork Australia and I’m so much happier then what I was with Matchworks Broadmeadows. I have only been with AtWork Australia since December 2021 and within a couple days they were able to get me into a job (compared to Matchworks trying for so long and then putting me into two (2) at the start of last year after being with them for so long, and the job they put me into was making me sick, mainly last one (1). And they actually listened to everything I had to say and took everything I had to say into consideration. To be honest if I could give this place half a star and that just being for the fact that there was one (1) maybe two (2) consultants that were decent and it being close to where I live I would but just have to settle on one (1).

Rude, arrogant consultants DO NOT GO THERE, forged my signature on a form and said I signed it.

Out of the 2 times i had this provider in the past, they pretty much are the worst provider for anyone that suffers from mental illness, yet centrlink has never cared to look where they send clients first, never felt comfortable here! 1 star is for the location nearby me!

Staff are friendly and relatable
They are easy to talk to and go 'above and beyond' to help you find work
I had my phone stolen from here once but the staff thankfully helped me out by getting me a replacement phone
