MASTIKA - Ice Cream Jungle of Colour

SO GOOD. I love their flavour selection! Their ice cream is so beautiful, rich and creamy. Definitely my go-to ice cream shop!

Lovely little ice cream place in Ringwood, great for a cone on the drive home. It's not cheap but the ice creams are really nice. The staff are friendly and they've got good opening hours. We keep going back to try new flavors.

Poor customer service, two groups decided to cut in line in front of us and the staff member didn't even bother serving us.

The mastika flavour was interesting but with public holiday surcharge of 15%, it's quite pricey for a scoop of ice cream

Best ice cream shop in the East! Our favourite place to visit in Summer.
It's tucked away in Ringwood area. Plenty of car park behind the shop. Double scoop is around $8 but usually get a decent amount.

Plenty of great flavours with vegan options too!
Generous portion size and staff are also very friendly

Beautiful ice cream. The chocolate honeycomb was exceptional with generous chunks of chocolate and honeycomb in the ice cream which you don't normally get at other places. The chocolate hazelnut could be more hazelnut, but it was still delicious. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer.

Loving the flavor! The sweetness level is just right. I love the french vanilla, finally a real tasting vanilla that's not from essence! And really happy that they have black sesame too, its my personal favourite of all time: ') The baklava, mastika and rose flavour are so unique and tasty, worth the try!

: The Gelatos was so rich, smooth & creamy — their Turkish/Lebanese inspired flavours are so unique that i had to try mastika flavour. It was honestly very different, but worth giving it a go! The service was super friendly! ️ Can’t wait to go back, to try flavours such as baklava, banana split, jungle of colour etc. I always find it hard to pick a flavour if you have 24 flavours to choose from

Located in the strips close to Eastland is this cute place which serves plenty of delicious ice cream/gelato flavors. From your regular flavors like vanilla, chocolate etc to the most unique ones like Baklava, Rose Water, their own Mastika flavor and more

We got some yummy flavors:
Rocky road and Raspberry Cheesecake on a cone for me
Choc Peanut Butter and Sticky Date Pudding on a cup for Andrew

They’re both sooo amazing! We wish they’ll open a branch in the city soon so we can have them more often BUT they’re so WORTH the travel to Ringwood honestly and we’re jealous of all the locals popping in and out, we wish we live close by too hehe

The staff were really friendly and they will give you the best recommendations depending on your flavor palate Overall it was a great place and you guys need to visit ASAP

Best black sesame ice cream I’ve ever had! They’re also super affordable, with a very appropriate scoop size. Best looking ice cream shop I’ve ever seen. Wish they were closer to the city though

Finally found my new ice cream place! The service is so friendly and the ice cream is just delicious. Obsessed with the peanut butter and pistachio. Very impressive to know they make their own ice cream in shop.

Last Saturday we had an amazing time at Mastika - Ice Cream Jungle of Colour in Ringwood North.
They create high quality home made gelato using traditional and culturally inspired flavours from the Mediterranean, like Baklava, Mastika and Rosewater
Their decor is vibrant, colourful and so fun that you can sit down, relax and actually enjoy your gelato like when you were a child?
We also got the chance to meet the owner Dany who was absolutely lovely and told us a little bit about the story behind the store
Go and check these guys out when you are craving some good gelato, we live like 1 hour away from them and it was definitely worth the trip!

Their gelato absolutely blown my mind, it was so creamy and smooth. I had the baklava and the sticky date pudding flavours, my husband had the black sesame and the mixed berry white chocolate flavours.

Must try: Their baklava flavour, this flavour is to die for perfect amount of sweetness, creamy with a little bit of baklava chunks, it’s so good! There are so many flavours to choose from including vegan and dairy free options. Service is excellent! Super friendly, highly recommend!

Fun fact: their jungle of colour flavour literally taste exactly like fairy floss! How fun is that? ! I’m pretty sure you’ll love this shop

Mastika ice-creamery is a world of fun!
Excellent flavours, jungle inspired, lots of colour - it’s honestly a very happy place to be in!

My partner also considers himself an ice-cream connoisseur and when he leaves saying ‘I’ll be back next week’ you know it’s a brilliant gelato/ice-cream!

We tried:
- Rocky Road
- Passionfruit (vegan)
- Baklava (yes you read that right!)
- Jungle of Colour

First up, Jungle of Colour is more targeted at kids but the colours drew me in! Who doesn’t love pink and blue gelato? The flavour was fairy floss and I was all for it.

Passionfruit (vegan) is fruity and refreshing and perfect for those wanting a lighter gelato. Rocky Road was excellent and the taste couldn’t have been more on point. Lastly, the baklava - wowwww! Baklava lovers get lining up! The highlight for me was actual baklava pieces in the gelato. Was a winner!

Because my scoop of Baklava wasn’t enough, I also took some home along with their new flavour Oreo Chocolate Brownie! These flavours complimented each other perfectly.

Shout out to the very friendly and kind staff! Great spot to take the kids or enjoy a gelato with friends and family!
