I unfortunately had an issue with a particular model of iPad Bluetooth keyboard (ZAGG Rugged Messenger) three times in a row. The ladies at Mastershop were very accomodating and replaced the keyboard with a new one twice over with the third time choosing a different model of keyboard for replacement.

I paid for return postage of the faulty keyboards the second and third time, with Mastershop covering the postage for the first replacement. Communication was great and resolution was very quick.
