The girls are the best! Caring, build rapport and very gentle with cosmetic touch. Eva in the new shop is brilliant same as Nayat in the Westfield. They do the work as they say! Bravo to these young people!

The lashes were messy and curled weirdly, some looked crimped at the top while others were almost flattened upright.i got my bottom lashes tinted as well, so a little dye on my skin would be understandable, but it seemed to be everywhere.i also somehow ended up with a spot of black dye in my hair, which will hopefully come out with a wash but who knows?

I have done my eyebrows and it was so beautifully done by staff.

Get eyebrows and lashes done here. Lash extensions full natural set done recently. Loved the girl who did them and she was so gentle i actually almost fell asleep. I had no irritation or stinging from the glue. (I did pay $5 extra for the sensitive glue) but worth it. Some pics without much makeup.

I got lashes done here and it's was great however I wouldn't be a regular due to the lack of experience. The only concern and constructive criticism I have is the worker had a really bad body odor and it was disturbing when I got threading done. Other than that the customer service is good.

Got my lashes lifted here and one eye looks like it was not done at all and the other is only half done also left glue all over my lashes and eyelids. So disappointed and upset waste of my money.

Had eyebrows done, fantastic service very professional and friendly I would highly recommend this service for all your eyebrow needs.

Would give minus stars if I could. Have been coming for years. But they have really dropped the ball? Was put in with someone who was new and inexperienced for my hair. Asked for my root regrowth and she ended up colouring out my highlights! It cant be fixed. Now I have to spend hundreds on fixing what I already paid for. Also my lashes dont last more than a few days. 50% came out! Why did I pay. Stop seeing multiple clients at the one time!

I go here occasionally to get my eyebrows threaded and waxing done. There are two girls Dilini and Nayab that work there they're amazing very sincere and friendly. After requesting my eyebrows be a certain way, Nayab took time made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I haven't been happier with my brows. Dilni is is also great, i always walk away happy when I go with them. There are sometimes when others do it, sometimes I'm happy sometimes im not satisfied but the ladies there and good, friendly and get the job done.

Please don’t waste your time and money on getting your eyelashes extensions at this place as I had a worse experience. My lashes fell off at the same day and I went back to fix them and again it came of the same night along with my own lashes. Wasted 90 dollar and lost my own lashes ️

I am very happy with the service provided by the beauty Lounge. I did microblading and I am so happy with it. It has last me a year and it looks very natural not like a tattoo. The lovely manager Rajni is very professional, friendly and provides great customer service. I would recommend it to everyone 10/10.

Amazing service and was extremely happy with the my eyelash lift and tint and my threaded and tinted brows. Totally recommend.

It’s been 4 days since I’ve had my lashes done from here and they are already falling out a lot. Definitely NOT worth the 90 dollars I had to pay for this.
