8I just purchased 2 beef snitzels @ $3.30 each.they looked a fair size through the glass. Opened when I got home & 1 of them wouldn't even feed a baby, 75gms, the other was a little bigger. Obviously keep the smaller ones at the back to give to unsuspecting customers. And then they don't answer the phone!
Awful food.
Purchased sausages for a child's birthday BBQ and they had hard bits in them like bones.
Haven't been back since. Likely won't be back ever.
Very sloppy handling of the food. Purchased over $80 of meat from this butcher, immediately took the meat home (I live only 2 kilometres away) and f put it in the refrigerator. Next day, went to cook it up, it was all rancid, no matter if it was chicken, lamb. Never had a problem with the supermarket meat like this, only once when I purchased unpacked chicken breast. Had to throw out all $80 worth. The place only has a phone number and no email address.
Avoid the place.
I rarely review things, but I noticed a lot of low rated reviews for this store and I wanted to put forward my experience which is that they have very good prices, good products and a very helpful customer service team.
I have been buying from them for over 2 years and they have always been wonderful and have been professional.
I'm a regular costumer at Mastercut Butcher. The meat are always fresh and good quality. But I discovered some uncomfortable experience with the staff. First I let go, then it's just happened again today so I decided to put review. I bought chicken breast today n cost $7.70 but he charged me $17.70 I asked him for the receipt then he realized that I knew he tried to took $10 extra. So he gave me refund the $10. Imagine if I didn't ask for the receipt?

Terrible meat. Sausages full of cartilage, unevenly filled and have a ton of air bubbles. Steaks sliced on a diagonal, one side 1” thick and the other barely 1cm. Total waste of money.
