They completed two property tasks, the second after satisfaction on the first, the second one under short timeline request. It all seemed good at the start and I thought I was happy with there work
How wrong I was
I have had nothing but trouble with my house stumps constantly sinking and my walls cracking
Throughout the years since the job was done, I have had 14 stumps replaced with other repairers just to keep finding that they were only 25 cm deep, NOT the 45cm depth that my contract with them stated
The lazy workers fitted the new stumps and poured the concrete on top of the original red gum base plates

They are liars and have deceived me
I trusted the owners sales spiel and I am now paying for it
They didn’t carry out the correct work that was quoted
I would never recommend this company to anyone
Their warranty means nothing to me after seeing there shonky work
Be careful when choosing a company to replace the stumps of your home because it is one of the most important repairs you can do on your home
Stumps stabilise and keep your house level
Using a shonky company like this can cause your tiles to crack, walls to crack, doors won’t close correctly and this will devalue your home
Master Reblockers have caused me to spend thousands of dollars repairing their shonky work
I’m still removing more unstable stumps they fitted and finding bricks stacked underneath them

House had to be re-stumped after 2 years. Stumps installed were to code, but needed to be larger due to reactive clay soil conditions. It ended up being a very costly exercise getting the stumps replaced by another contractor for the second time.

Anthony and his team at Master Reblockers made the stumping process much simpler, quicker and cost effective than was expected. Continual communication whilst the house was being stumped was provided which gave peace of mind.

We used Master Reblockers to level our older brick house prior to minor renovations starting. Brian and Shannon were prompt professional and friendly. They did a great job levelling where needed around the house. A fairly costly process therefore you require the best!
Right from the start of the process Anthony provided the detailed information that convinced us that their company was the 'best'. Honesty, good communication and continuous information regarding the entire process, and above all the two chaps who crawled under the house and completed the 130 stumps. We were entirely happy with the finished task. Full of praise with the entire process and would indeed recommend to others!

Had my 67yo house re-stumped by Day & his team in June. They arrived as advised, quickly worked out a plan and quickly got to work. Day was very courteous, quick and efficient. Job was done in 1 week! Would highly recommend to anyone needing re-stumping.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I recently had Anthony and Brian come through my house to re-stump, I have paid them then down the track I had a registered builder come to do further works to my property - they brought to my attention that none of the works done by master reblocking were compliant with building regulations

some of the issues include using over 110mm of timber packing when the regs state maximum of 20mm non compressible packers

bearers joined between stumps - they must be joined directly above stumps to support the join

bearers unsupported on ends - bearers must be supported by stumps at ends

I have since spoken with the Victorian Building Authority's technical division because Anthony tried to tell me that this was all above board and of course they do not agree

Anthony will not issue a refund which I feel is the fair considering I have not been able to live in the house as a result

I will now have to have the VBA come through to inspect his works as a result.

Master Reblockers we’re great to deal with - from quote through to completion of the levelling of our 140 year old weatherboard house. Super professional and super friendly. Put us at ease that we were doing the right thing. Doors now close and the dog’s ball and toys don’t end up in one corner of the house. Highly recommend.
