Cannot speak more highly of the team at Masterpools! Professional, excellent attention to detail, happy to help answer any questions throughout quoting, install and after. During quoting, we visited their showroom to get some ideas on what options were available and given plenty of helpful insights. After signing on, we were guided through the process and given realistic timeline for installation. Most importantly, the team stepped us though getting permits and site evaluations, which can be quite daunting! During installation the site was kept clean and the staff were very professional. At handover, we were patiently guided through how to operate all our equipment and the team also were happy to answer any follow-up questions!

So glad that we choose Master Pools! The entire process has been seamless, efficient and an overall great experience. Cam and his team are a pleasure to deal with, punctual, responsive and provided a comprehensive handover.

This is our second pool with Master Pools. Cam, Matt and the team did a great job from initial consultation to handover once again. Very clean and professional. Now we can’t wait to use it with the upcoming warmer weather!

We have a very difficult, limited access site and the team at Master Pools made our dream happen.
Dealing with Cam, Matt, Kelly and the whole team was easy, they answered all my questions with patience. Once we got to install week, we were blown away! I have never seen such an organised and well oiled team, they were easy to have around, through the whole process, they were calm and capable and they did an amazing job with the combination of rock in the ground and the tight access. They were careful with our property and our neighbor's properties and cleaned up well at the end of the job. So impressive that my neighbor's were chatting with them and recommending them to their friends. Thank you for my beautiful pool area and for transforming our backyard. The only pool company I would recommend without a moments hesitation.

Cam and the masterpools team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are a professional outfit and a well drilled team. After losing a decent amount of money to another pool company going under and getting stuffed around for 16 months I was nearly over the whole pool dream. When Cam arrived to quote us, we spoke about my past experience and he was not pushy at all and made myself and my wife feel really comfortable. It was a quick turnaround from the time we signed the contract to the time our shell arrived and it was dug and installed within a week and everything handed over within 2 weeks. We are very very happy with the fibreglass Shell and colour we chose. It’s still early days for us in the landscaping department but things are moving along and my kids are super excited that they will be able to swim in the coming months. I haven’t got a bad word to say about my experience with masterpools from Cam at the start, the crew on dig day, install day and bond beam day and Guy for the handover. I would highly recommend the Masterpools team if you are after great, honest service and a prompt pool installation.

We had a great experience with Master Pools. They were a very well oiled machine when it came to installing the pool and were in and out in a few days. We were also happy with the equipment supplied with the pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a pool for their backyard, very professional and reliable.

Really happy with our Masterpools pool and the process. Cam and his team did it earlier than expected and worked with us well given a changed time line. It was amazingly fast to get the pool in and they did a good job of training us how to use everything. Now all landscaped and working 100% we cant wait for summer. The pool looks great, quality is impressive and advice we got about size and position etc was spot on. Bring on summer!

Matt, Cam and the master pool team just installed our new pool, and all I have to say it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I have never had to do a project this large at home but with their assistance it was a breeze. The quality of the pool, equipment and their workmanship is second to none.highly recommended

We had Masterpools put a pool in for us and we only have positive things to say. Very Professional, attentive to what we wanted and very friendly boys working for them. Would definitely 100% recommend Masterpools for anyone looking to put a pool in.

We had a poor experience with this business. A Masterpools contractor badly damaged our property when delivering concrete onsite during the pool build process. Masterpools staff, who were fantastic throughout, were apologetic & regretful for the incident caused by the truck driver and subsequently Masterpools management immediately offered to repair the damage. We advised Masterpools we would withhold the final pool progress payment until the damage was repaired. In turn, Masterpools management informed us that our pool pump would be disconnected unless we made the payment, but we were nervous the damage would never be repaired. The following day two men from Masterpools entered our property without permission to disconnect the pump. My wife was home feeling intimidated & shaken. The two men would not leave until a money transfer was completed & receipt text through. My wife paid the money so the men would leave. Six months later the damage remains to our property. Masterpools wavered a handover invoice as compensation which has since been reinstated by Masterpools with written notice we have no warranty moving forward if not paid. Even if we use our own insurance company to repair the damage, we will remain out of pocket. We felt neglected and intimidated as consumers, therefore we cannot recommend this company.

I thought getting a pool was going to be a nightmare, mud everywhere! But seriously it all happens so quick and the guys clean everyday, it was great to have trades people in my garden that were professional and friendly, I have no issues with recommending Master Pools

Thanks to the team at Master Pools for our beautiful new pool, which has completed our beautiful new home. It was touch and go with permits, but with 15 minutes spare, we got the permit and the team were on the way to install our pool. The whole process was so quick and the onsite team of guys were great to deal with. It was great to see them in action too. We've had them out a couple of times to help with the set-up and to teach us about all of the equipment and it's been no trouble at all for them. The project was on budget and on time and we can't wait til it warms up to swim in it. Thanks Cam and team!

When we decided to install an in-ground fibreglass pool we were unsure of what options to go with. What initially drew us to Master Pools was the option of being able to go and visit their display center which was of great benefit to us in visualizing an outcome and so after discussions with them a decision was made. The boys delivered and were a terrific bunch being lead by Cam Waddell were both efficient and clever in how they had to navigate challenging access to the rear of the property. Follow up questions were answered promptly by cam or members of his team and after completion service terrific. Kylie in admin was lovely also. From start to finish they have been very professional, prompt and willing to answer any and all questions. Can not speak highly enough of the team at MasterPools from the start Cam was responsive and helpful, the installation was actually pretty amazing to watch and we literally went from a lawn to swimming in our newly installed pool and spa in just days! Cam has been at the end of the phone for any questions and additional advice about landscaping and pool fencing, it’s so reassuring when taking on this type of project that you have someone you trust overseeing it all, couldn’t be happier!
