They damaged my beautiful garment that only required a simple drycleaning service, with no compensation what so ever!
This is still an open dispute until this business does the right thing!

This placed ruined my fur. They still charged me and said I could contact them about repair solutions but have ignored my multiple attempts of contact. Disappointing and I won’t be using them again. Considering filing a claim with ACCC

DO NOT GO HERE!

This is the second time they have ruined an expensive piece of clothing. This time a $200 shirt came back with black stains all over it. Arrogant and unhelpful. They don’t even answer their phone.

Male chauvinistic run business. As a staff member, prepare to be belittled & bullied; continuously chastised for their mistakes at not properly training you. As a customer, they tear you down behind your back for having money and frequently up charge you. If you’re looking for Drycleaning, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Brought in 2 items to be dry cleaned on the Thursday before a long weekend. Was told that they could turn them around by the Friday but to be mindful that they closed at 4 pm. I was there before 4 pm on the Friday but my garments weren’t ready! To top if off, when I finally picked them up they actually looked like they weren’t even cleaned -still marks on cuffs and collars!

Brought in 3 children’s items on Saturday that had minor stains on them, got them back today and paid for the stains to not be removed whatsoever. I’d have done a better job with napisan which I’ll be doing tonight.

Coin laundry is fine. Just make sure to bring your own soap and $1 or $2 coins. Also, emergency number on sign is rubbed out so don't, like, blow up the dryer I guess.

Master Dry Cleaners are friendly and timely service. I find mens business shirts are well cared for and would continue to take shirts. Unfortunately my woolen zimmerman short sleeve jumper has come back ruined, it would appear they treated it as a Tshirt. The shape and wool fibres are ruined. Very disappointed I am finding it incredibly more difficult to find a dry cleaner that can care for gentle fibre clothing

Disgusting customer service, they lost/gave away 2 of my husbands shirts, I was given an email address to send my bank details to for compensation, not even a reply to my two emails let alone any compensation! This has been going on since October last year!
Would not even give a 1 Star rating, had to give 1 to be able to post this!

Not much else to say than: I dropped my stuff off in a locker, set up an account in 2 minutes of standing there and then picked it all up a few days later.

No complaints here, a great service for those who can't always be available during business hours.

Had a load of washing drying in one of the dryers whilst I waited in my car directly outside laundromat.they locked up shop with my washing still drying inside when I went to check on it at 9: 03pm. "Emergency" number disconnected.

Apalling customer service.
