These guys are awesome. I switched from my local dry cleaner in Malvern when they kept saying that various stains on clothing couldn’t be fixed. So I took a few garments to Master Dry Cleaners Ashburton over the past few weeks and they have been absolute guns. I was on a building site and brushed up against a wet paint wall that didn’t have a warning sign. The whole right arm of my suit jacket was covered in white paint. My previous dry cleaner (who is local to me) said it couldn’t be fixed. But I took it to Master Dry Cleaners Ashburton who removed the paint stain for just $15 and a couple of days wait over a long weekend (drop off Friday and pick up Tuesday). I have found that during Covid19 some dry cleaners don’t have the volume of work to do a wash cycle each day so they pile up a few days work.and make you wait a week to get your clothes back. Not at Master. They get it done quickly and with care of your clothing. They’re my new go-to dry cleaner in Melbourne’s east. Do yourself a favour and use their services.
Went to pick up dry cleaning at the time indicated on the ticket which was 4 pm only to find out that the store closes at 3.absolutely hopeless. Not advised at drop that the store would close at 3.
Service is really bad, their integrity has serious problem.
Their website claimed there is a $10 off for first order. When I took the suit for dry cleaning, the shopkeeper pretended she didn't know it.
Today when I went there picking up my suit, another shopkeeper said there's a mistake in their website and there should be no more than 30% off which is less than 10% off.
If you want to be cheated, please go there!
