Placed my Sass and Bide dress in for alteration and seamstress took the entire bottom off the dress off when instructions were only the front. Devastated is an understatement and it likely the only sass and bide item I will ever own!
Customer service was appalling.took ages to respond to multiple messages and was only reimbursed some of the cost with a credit of $100 to use with them.not and will never be happening.
Would never use again.

Went in to dry clean 1 shirt was told it will take the whole weekend to be able to pick it up what a joke what happened to same day dry cleaning?

Going above and beyond! On a Friday afternoon I had realised that I left my dry cleaning at the store that I needed for work early the next morning, which I forgot to pick up. I realised this just after closing time so I desperately tried to contact Charlie. Not only did she answer her phone, she also turned around, went back into work then walked my dry cleaning down the road to where I work to personally hand it off! Love your customer service Charlie!

The service itself is not that bad. But I got an issue with one of my pants. When I got them back from washing with a ripped off hook closure. After talking to the company they offered me a compensation of the tailor made trousers, with the question to have the trousers in their shop for further investigation. So instead of making further investigation they got the trousers to some sort of butcher tailor and "repaired it" now I stand there with an unusable pair of trousers and a company that do not want to compensation me. Really bad experience!

Not actually a dry cleaner, according to their staff member, but an agent for some extremely slow dry cleaning place on the other side of Melbourne. They told me I'd have to wait a week to get a coat dry cleaned at basically the same prices as other places that would do it promptly, so I went elsewhere.

4 pairs of pants I've had dry cleaned here and every time I tell them to press flat and 3 or of 4 times they've come back pressed with a crease. They actually don't do the work themselves, they send all work off site and they obviously don't send those items with customer instructions. I'm done with these guys. I'm finding one with better customer service.

Unwilling to give me a price for a white dress that is NOT a wedding dress because it's white so therefore instantly not charged at the same price as all other dresses. As if I would leave a garment with them without knowing the charge beforehand. Totally unacceptable and they were extremely rude

Don't waste your time. I brought in two pairs of pants on Wednesday and only dropped them in because staff said they would be ready by Friday. They weren't ready and now I'm left stranded as it's too last minute. Rule #1 in getting customer service right. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Simple as that and I won't be returning for my monthly dry cleaning either.

They could not remove a stain from a tie after two attempts, and refused to refund the cost. Customer service was unenthusiastic and uninterested. Never going back.
