My son got his helmet from Massons in Feb this year. He was 8 months then and we had very good results. Danieka has been wonderful throughout answering all our questions. We are very happy we chose massons to get helmet. It was very quick process and we got our helmet within 2 weeks from the first time we made a phone call. My son's head is round now and we are very satisfied with result

Carmen went above & beyond to make sure that we understand how it works and what to expect. She also keeps on making adjustment to my son’s helmet, to make sure that it gets better. At the end we are satisfied with the result and the service they provided to us!
