Errol is a really great remedial massage therapist. I have myself seen various physios, myotherapists, and other remedial professionals, and with both my brother and his wife as physios I have a wide spread experience of different healthcare professionals so I feel my opinion is valid.

I see Errol pretty much on a weekly basis. I have neck, back, and ankle to hip injuries/chronic conditions. Most recently I have torn my peroneus brevis tendon, and am awaiting surgery. This injury has off-balanced my stability and thereby all my muscles from my core to my hips down to my knee and ankles are in turn compensating. Errol is currently well and truly helping me cope by releasing all my muscles which constantly cramp and spasm on a daily basis.

I highly recommend Errol, his technique revolves mostly around finding trigger points as well as a deep tissue massaging, and recommending natural vitamins and minerals which may help.
