My skin feels divine following a treatment with Kare. She honestly does the best facials and the space the beautiful. The face, head, shoulder and arm massage is an extra treat. I felt so incredibly relaxed after my facial and my skin was so much brighter and hydrated. I’m still noticing the difference two weeks later.

I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. The girls are lovely and welcoming, I've only done the massages but o know a few others who get their IPL, facials and waxing and they've all given good feedback. Thankyou for making my friends Xmas gift, her first ever massage one to remember!

I’ve had some lovely treatments from both Jo & Karen at Masque, the Cato-vital facial is my favourite so far. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have some lovely products that they use (and are also for sale). Easy to book appointments online as well.

Karen was amazing! Set me at ease and gave me the most relaxing treatment. Topped it off with a spray tan to make me Mardi Gras ready! Awesome atmosphere and fab peeps. Definitely treat yourself!

Amazing French brand Mary Cohr Catio Vital Lifting facial. There is nothing that compares to a facial with French products and the traditional French method/technique which not only delivers results leaving the skin much firmer, lifted and radiant.but also takes you to heaven with the aroma. I didnt want the treatment to finish!

A huge thank you to the team at. Masque. I wanted to surprise my friend for her 40th birthday. I was traveling from Adelaide-my friend arrived before I did, but the wonderful team at Masque continued with the charade till I arrived to reveal the surprise.
The spa treatment was fabulous and the duo room was welcoming warm and cozy. And to top it off a birthday cake for my friend. Masque made the whole experience something to remember.

A very calm and welcoming environment - tea was a nice touch.but most importantly i enjoyed my massage, nice movements, firmness and comfy beds. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The oils used smelt amazing but have left my skin a little dry the next day.all in all i thought it was good value for money and i would recommend Masque to my friends! Thanks so much

I was not going to write a review although I do not want people to spend lots of money and have an experience that me and my friend received. We both received the 4 hour spa day pack as a gift and it has a value of $400 each ($800 total). So we expected an amazing relaxing day out.

Firstly there was no parking over 2hrs my friend ran in at 8.50 to ask and they said there was parking two streets away after driving for 20 mins we finally found a spot 15 mins walk away from the spa. There was no indication that there was no parking then when we arrived the ladys then mentioned we were late and this would eat into our treatment time. They then asked us to fill out paperwork that then took another 10 mins not once beforehand had she asked us to arrive earlier to fill this out this also ate into our treatment time that she kept mentioning it was now 9.30. They brought us out back to someones kitchen with massage beds in it, this didn't bother me too much but I kept thinking how expensive the package was and it was not worth the money. It mentioned on the website you could get shellac if you pay $20 extra so we mentioned this they looked shocked then said there was not enough time I then mentioned I had shellac on they then told me I could not get my manicure as they could not take the shellac off the only option was too get my shellac painted over to which I said no. We were asked to choose our nail colours but if they were too gloopy then we couldn't use them or if they were nearly empty we could not use this either (why not remove the ones we couldn't use). We then had a 'foot scrub' for 5 mins then got a body scrub I was then sent to a shower to hose myself down and no shower gel then I was brought to a bath out back where I was left for 30 mins while my friend got her manicure done it was a blinding light in the bathroom and after 15 mins I was starting to think they forgot about me also the bath was crusty on the bottom, then she finally came. I went back to our treatment room that was now filled with acetone which nearly knocked me out. I went and lay down the girl then started my toes I was so dehydrated from the bath after 20 mins I then had to ask for water - she only filed my left foot and forgot about the other one, then the older lady hit my toe after it was painted this happened twice and she didn't say anything and my toes were smudged. My friend also said while I was in the bath the lady was filling her nails round and she wanted them square she then said her nails were too short to be sqaure and scolded my friend. Anyway she asked me to turn around and my toes were not 100% dry the got smudged again they also where not painted to the cuticle which was strange. It then got so cold as the heater was off I thought my toes might fall off then she finally put the heater on. The massage was OK but I think my girl was an apprentice as she was very light and didn't get into knots and we had the facial. At 12.20 we got at lunch from the cafe next door we ate this in the same room we had our treatments the food was cold and the room was dark and still smelled strongly of acetone.

I did not have the heart to tell my boyfriend about the experience as he spent so much money on it and was so excited for me to have a lovely day out- If it had of been less money it might have been ok although $400 is unjustifiable for this spa day.

This spa is dirty! I highly recommend not going to this spa unless you want to put your health at risk! I noticed their manicure and pedicure tools were NOT property sanitized. Skin was still sitting in their cuticle nippers, leaving all clients prone to catch infectious diseases like HIV and Hepatitis and foot fungus! Nail files had traces of other people nails & skin. This is SUCH a high health risk! Towels on their beds were dirty, and just looked like they were flipped over, and the worse part? While i was standing in the waiting area i notice a therapist washing used glasses of water.sorry did i say washing? She didn't even clean the glass re-filled it up and handed it to the new client sitting on the couch next to me! Thank god i said no to a tea! These are things me as a client noticed. Imagine the things they are doing behind the scenes that go un-noticed! This place should be shut down. On top of all that, they owner was terribly rude to her staff in front of me & other clients which I found highly unprofessional. I will never return. I would seriously re-consider going to 'SPA'. More like a health risk!

Wow i cannot believe this Day Spa existed! I usually travel to Daylesford with my husband to do these sorts of treatments and to go just around the corner was amazing. The place is beautiful and such a great space. We had full pedicures and full body deep tissue massages, both treatments were devine and will be definantly recommending to my colleagues and mums group. Thanks girls, we will return soon.

My husband booked us in for a spa package for our anniversary and we were blown away. The massages were the best we have had yet and we have been to some high end spa's and paid so much more for our treatments. The girls were so professional and lovely. In regards to facial, they talked to us about our skin to give us a facial for our skin type. We highly recommend this place and we will be back. Thanks girls for making our day.
