To avoid having a disappointing shopping experience, it is important to be mindful beforehand.

Despite selling online, they sometimes experience stock shortages. While this is somewhat understandable, it is disappointing when their subsequent customer service is unsatisfactory.

I placed an order and made payment using both a gift card and PayPal. However, due to their own mistake, the item was out of stock, and I received a refund. The refund was only issued in the form of a gift card. Even if there is a possibility of items being out of stock, it is important to be prepared that refunds will only be provided in the form of a gift card and not through PayPal.

Furthermore, I have not received any response regarding my suggestion to change the item to an alternative product if it is out of stock.postscript

Thank you for your response, even though it was very late. Unfortunately the one I wanted is currently out of stock due to a delay in handling. This is very disappointing and I don't understand why I went so far as to purchase a gift card.

To be clear, I am very frustrated with the pointless purchase of gift cards. If an item is going out of stock, it should have been clearly indicated that it was in stock from the beginning. If the product was out of stock, there was no need to buy a gift card in the first place. Is this just a plan to sell gift cards under the guise of having them in stock?

I received an email stating that I would be refunded, but it has not been refunded yet. The gift card has not been refunded either. This leads to significant loss of customer opportunities and assets.

While there is joy in selling gift cards, customers who try to use gift cards to make purchases face problems such as out-of-stock or sold-out products and the potential for fraud due to poor handling. The damage caused by this is enormous.

We ask that you act in your best interest.
