I had some minor flooding after recent rains. I contacted Wayne and he came out within hours. He dried out the carpet, underlay and slab, and returned a couple of days later to clean all carpets in my house. I couldn't be happier with the results! I contacted Wayne on a Sunday night after a child’s toy exploded blue paint all over the carpet in our toy room, I was not expecting to hear from him until Monday morning but much to my surprise I received a text from him a short time later saying he will call me in the morning and of course he did! I booked Mason's Chem-Dry to come and clean the wool carpet of our rumpus room, which had multiple stains where my dog had vomited whilst ill recently. Wayne was very helpful on the phone, explaining methods I could use immediately to sanitise the area until our appointment.

This morning he arrived right on time and was really informative about the type of carpet we have, and how to work around its various issues. As the carpet is very old (about 30 years), and a light cream in colour, I was not really expecting there to be such a radical improvement, but honestly, it now looks much better than when we moved in a year ago. We have a rental inspection next week, and I am now no longer dreading it.

100% excellent experience - Wayne arrived when he said he would, talked through what was definitely possible and what was maybe possible, quoted upfront and the carpets came up as new. He also helped me with an odd job on the side before he left. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Way to expensive and the odours are still here. Leaves a card and says any issues please call but he never answers or responds. Total rip off. Avoid.

Wayne has done an amazing job on my carpets, and upholstery. For almost 5 years my carpets, couch and dining room chairs have had spills and stains from the grandchildren, smoke from the wood burner and dust from the renovations. I contacted Mason's Chem-dry for a clean, expecting a 50% improvement on how my carpets and upholstery presented, but after Wayne worked his magic, everything looks brand new again.
