Wow! I just had the most amazing body massage given by Roberto. The entire experience was outstanding, from the entrance to the salon right through to the ambiance in the massage room. Roberto was very professional and caring spending time prior to the message to establish any concerns or issues I had.
During the massage I felt Roberto’s energy working on particular pressure points, firmly but gently.
A truly wonderful massage. In the end I felt totally relaxed and revived.

For my first visit today I tried the Masci Signature Facial with Domenique. The whole experience was professional and relaxing. Domenique was very knowledgeable on products and skin care in general, was calm and polite and made the experience a wonderful one. I rarely get facials but I will definitely be back for more!

Nice looking salon and generally ok service. However, after 4 years I've learnt that if you don't specify who you want as a hairdresser you'll be given an apprentice. No problem as such with having a trainee from time to time, but there is a difference in outcome when a fully qualified hairdresser attends to you.

Staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend and am very happy with my new hair colour!

What a lovely experience! I often dread going to the hairdresser because I have so much hair and it takes ages to do foils, but they did an excellent job and took great care of me! Really relaxing environment and the staff are incredibly friendly

Had the worst haircut of my life and had to pay $130 for it. Showed the hairdresser a picture of my hair done the way I like it and she didn’t come close. Specifically asked her not to cut my fringe too short, she did not listen. And then asked if I wanted it even shorter.

She was half an hour late and I had an appointment to go to afterwards (which I had called about earlier to make sure it would be ok). She ended up having to rush the end and didn’t style it. Yet somehow my bill was higher than advertised online.

Will never go back.

Malisa provided a fantastic haircut for my daughter
My daughter was working down in Melbourne for two weeks, she booked an appointment with Malisa. The treatment my daughter received was nothing short of fantastic, her attention to detail was amazing, she discussed what my daughter wanted made helpful suggestions and worked her magic. She is one of the best cutters and stylers in the business, my daughters hair has never looked so fantastic.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jacob. He is an exceptional colourist, and he did an incredible job styling my hair! Xx

Jacob was such a friendly and warm hairdresser. He coloured, cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was honestly so please with the whole service and cannot fault a thing. Would recommend Jacob to anyone as he is an experienced hairdresser with a lot of talent!

Olivia oudy has been my hair dresser for years and I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone more! Such a beautiful soul and will always tell you what will look best and what won’t. Has never done my hair badly and always explains why things are done. The rest of the team is beautiful and so lovely!
