Excellent job! I hired Masa Demolition to demolish a house in preparation for a new residential construction. The staff were all professional and courteous throughout the process. The owner Zack was very responsive and took the time to explain the process in detail. His crew showed up on time and completed the project in the time frame expected. They cleaned up and left the place spotless when they were done. In addition, we had one issue that arose with a portion of an existing barrier between my property and the neighbor's property being removed accidentally by his crew. When i pointed it out to the owner, he had his crew immediately install a temporary fence there to close the gap. I appreciated his quick response, attention to detail and commitment to getting it done right. Would definitely hire them again

Zack and the crew were all very professional and got the job done fast at a very reasonable cost. Their truck accidentally damaged our iron gate, and they replaced it at no cost without us even having to ask. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family

Pictures speak louder than words. Have a look at the damage they did to my footpath! Won’t get my asset protection bond back! Had to get Earthworks to come out and remove all the rubble and metals pieces left behind after the demo. Another 1000$ expense. Such a poor execution of work! Please think twice before contacting them. I am a saddened customer that has wasted so much stress and time on there poor job. Didn’t leave the lot site ready or even flattened.

Excuse was it was raining yet didn’t come back to flatten the land and remove the rubble. Have no empathy for the customer. Please please please think twice, I’d hate for you to fall into the same situation as us!

The team from Masa Demolition removed my spa and rock wall in about a week. Orlando and his team were here early every day, they were really cool with my kids, and very concerned about keeping the job site as clean and safe as possible. Very impressed. They pulled all necessary permits and all work was inspected, totally legit. And the price was very reasonable. Overall we are extremely pleased.

We had a large pool and surrounding concrete deck removed. The job actually started a day early, and Zack crew did an excellent and professional job. At one point we had three bobcats on site, trucks delivering gravel/dirt, and another hauling away concrete. They were very well organized and the inspection process was very timely. I was extremely happy with the fact their operators were skillful and careful when removing concrete next to the house and retaining wall

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great job you did on my roof. I was really impressed with how neatly your crew cleaned up after themselves, and I'm glad that it didn't take long for me to get my roof back in good shape. I know it's not easy to get a house ready for demolition, but you guys did an amazing job!

The crews arrived early each day and worked hard. They were very well coordinated and used time to the maximum. They pulled all necessary permits and called for inspections; there was no downtime. Everyone here was friendly and respectful, and they were responsive to my day-to-day questions. They appeared to enjoy their jobs, and enjoy working with each other. All-in-all it was about an 8 day job. Clean-up was done each day.

Would definitely recommend. Followed through with everything they said they were going to do. Communication was great and the project passed inspection with no problem; even though our city inspector was ridiculously demanding. The owner is very involved and the workers are very experienced
