Marz and Dillian did a fantastic job installing two full dual sliding glass windows into an old weatherboard house. He was extremely knowledgable about waterproofing installing a flashing and sealing the entire window. Would highly recommend to anyone renovating.

Had Marz Glass fit 12 new windows in my house. Three guys came, ripped out the old windows, fitted the new and were in and out in less than four hours. They did a first rate job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring the services of a good glazier.

Absolutely shocking service! Would not recommend! We had outdoor glass windows and doors installed and the whole process from start to finish took over 6 months to complete. There were some delays with COVID but most of the delay was due to staff incorrectly installing products, forgetting to order the right products and ordering the wrong size flashings etc. We also found their customer service terrible with the staff often being rude and dismissive of our concerns. Think twice before choosing this place.

EDIT in response to Marz glass reply: The issue with the uneven concrete was never discussed with us. Plus the orders are custom built aren't they? All the delays were blamed on the manufacturers and COVID, however we had to ask you to fix multiple issues such as the windows moving inches in the wind, exposed sharp metal in places, flashings that were not secure etc. We were never prioritised to get these things fixed and would often have to wait weeks for someone to be out our way. I did contact you with a very long detailed email prior to the job being finished. I never received a reply! My husband was "happy" because our son could no longer cut his feet on the exposed metal on the doors after it was finally completed. He was not "happy" with your service especially after having to call you daily in order to fix the job in the first place. Marz himself was never interested in discussing the issues with us. Very disappointing.

We had a huge office wall installed exactly to our requirements. Marz was the only shop-fitter who actually listened to what I wanted and needed for the office. Installation was seamless.

Second time I've used this organisation and I can highly recommend. First class service, arrived when they said, fixed the window quickly, very personable and efficient and competitively priced.

Very disappointed. An en-suite shower screen and a very expensive (approx $1200) guest bathroom shower screen was purchased and installed by Marz just days before Christmas 2019. Apart from an initial test of the guest bathroom new shower rose, we, the home owners have in the meantime been using our en-suite shower due to convenience. Approximately 2 weeks ago I was wiping down the outside of the heavy duty glass on the guest bathroom screen and discovered cut marks (not scratching) which at first I thought to be a spot of grout or glue, only to discover when trying to remove the cuts ran deep. I reported the fault to Marz and the owner inspected, accompanied by a young employee who I understood to have participated in the delivery. The owner said the mark was a "sticker" and tried to scatch it off. He then said several times that it was paint. It was neither. He instructed the employee to get a razor blade and proceeded to run the blade across the mark repeatedly. It took some of the rough edge off the damaged glass, but the damage was too deep and remained. I asked "what now" and he replied it was a matter of "he said, she said". When more than a week had passed and I received no follow up phone call, I called. The owner, who refused to give me his name when I asked for it, answered and suggested that if I had run the day after the shower screen was installed they may have done something and that I would have washed the screen numerous times in the meantime, but there was no need as that shower was not being used and the owner, who himself thought it was just a mark from a sticker, would not accept my explanation. My suspician is that the glass was damaged when being transported into our house, perhaps touching brickwork, but I can't confirm this. It certainly did not take place following installation as sharp force would have been needed to cause such damage.

Marz, you have lost out on a lucrative (for you) order for double glazed windows, which we have now given to another company, the quote being signifantly lower than yours. Better public relations could have avoided this and brought you more business. Message to anyone reading this - get more than one quote.

I am from Latrobe Valley glass I have used your stuff once before but it was horrible don’t waste your time on Mars glass they will disappoint you

Dont waste your time or money. Go to Dowell and measure them yourself and pay someone else to install! Extremely disappointing, paid almost $4000 for our windows just to be supplied - was delayed in the quote because they wanted to re meet up at the site and ask us what flashing to have provided, then get a call saying 'Windows are getting delivered tomorrow' and we didnt get a say in it, had to cancel work to be there for the windows to be delivered, we asked for a weeks notice because the house was an open shell and not at lock up stage and the windows would get stolen, we had to have the house secured in order to get them delivered, we asked that was everything and nothing else was needed to install them, they said yes that was everything- we then organised our trades to come and install the windows for us, once our builder turned up to site and asked where the flashing was, we called and were told 'opps sorry its all here we just forgot to put it on the van, I promise it'll be delivered tomorrow we didnt realise and forgot to call you' so i took the day off work the next day to be there to receive them, guess what. They arent there. So we call again, and this time get told 'Oh they actually haven't been made yet you have to wait until we can make them" We followed up four times with phone calls and went in twice, then they have told us they are in and they will come around and install the flashing but because the windows have been installed they'll need to cut it differently and glue it on- apparently the person rocked up, and decided they cant do it because the windows are installed, (WHICH THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR TWO WEEKS!?) and now we are left with not weather protected windows in the middle of a storm, I called again to follow up as we have waited a week since they said they'd come stick the flashing on and they still haven't done it or contacted us, to be now rudely told that they dont provide flashing for install only jobs and are refusing to do it when they quoted for it, had a meeting with us to chose the flashing, dont call back or contact you after 20 phone calls back and forward and wont give answers. Absolute rip off. I have been told that no one can help me, boss is away - Will be taking my future business elsewhere, their loss, I spend almost 30k of windows a year in my business and I will never use them again. Use them if you want missing products, messages not passed on, no calls back, no follow up, long delays, rude and careless staff and unprofessional behaviour.

Marz Glass & Screens installed the shower screens and mirrors in our new home. The quality of their workmanship and customer service is of a very high standard and i would highly recommended them to family and friends.

I highly recommend Marz Glass. We have had the windows and doors replaced throughout our house recently and they have done a remarkable job. The quality is 5 star and the staff have been extremely helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. We shopped around with a few glaziers and found other glaziers customer service and material quality was nowhere near as good as Marz Glass. We will certainly be using you again in the future. For over a month been trying to get a shower screen that has been paid for. Multiple delivery times none of which do they show up, or inform you of the fact that they cant. Have tried to pick the glass up but the store closes early and doesn't open on Saturdays. These people have cost me allot of time and effort and don't even have the manners to communicate. I would sadly not use them again and would take my business somewhere not local even to avoid them
