Marysville Holiday Park Thank you! We really love this place. Truly blessed to have had such an amazing weekend. Thank you for your great service and communication making our long weekend one we will never forget. The deluxe cabins are so clean and perfectly located along the river. Everything from my morning coffee, grocery store or entertaining our 4 year old was all in walking distance. See you very soon.

We recently stayed at Maple Cabins. After a lot of excitement and planning for our weekend in Marysville our holiday spirit was completely crushed by the caretakers of this caravan park. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left we thought we may have accidentally checked into a military camp.
Both the male and female caretakers of this campground were nothing short of aggressive and rude to my family. Rules and regulations were ‘barked’ at us from the moment we arrived.
As a family we have travelled extensively around Australia and stayed in a multitude of campgrounds but I have never experienced such appalling customer service as Maple Cabins.
It was such a shame as it’s close proximity to The Duck Inn, only served to highlight what amazing customer service really looks like and that was certainly lacking at Maple Cabins.
For the amount of money we were were charged for the cabin we were disappointed to find many of the appliances not working. You should also consider employing cleaners who actually do their job. I don’t think the bunk beds in our cabin had ever been inspected, as the sides of the beds were filled with lolly wrappers and dust. Extremely disappointed to say we will not be checking in here again. Not ever

Well kitted out, modern caravan/tent/cabin holiday park. Communal kitchen, toilet/shower block, fire pits. Bouncy pillow is quite popular with kids. Shallow creek runs right through the park and is ideal for cooling the feet. Different styles (and cost and age) of cabins. Clean. Could do with more communal BBQs. Great nature environment. Pub and supermarket and bottleshop at easy walking distance.

Best holiday Park I have been to. Clean, tidy, peaceful, very friendly and helpful staff. My elderly mother was very happy with the smooth surfaces available on which she could use her Walker and mobility scooter. Close to town and numerous Bush walks. Highly recommended.

Recently spent 3 nights on an unpowered site. The park is beautifully located in Marysville, a small stream flows around and through the park. Ice cold and crystal clear - it was wonderful in the recent hot weather. The park is kept scrupulously clean. Ideal for families and kids with plenty of amenities. Quieter sites are available on the edge of the park. Try unpowered sites 8,9 or 10. All in all a great experience.

Wow! Such a cool caravan park, my family and I will definitely be back in the future! Beautiful river running right through the middle of the caravan park which is amazing to listen to whilst you fall to sleep. Staff was very kind and put their customers first ️

Disgusting service
Look out for their customer service.
The lady at the reception will threaten you, speak to you as if she has done a favour for your booking. These new park owners are very short tempered and rude. Good luck staying there. Previous owners were amazing! I had booking twice a year in this place for the last 6 years. Now never want to experience the new owner's service.

I didn’t stay despite booking. The place itself looked lovely but the owner of the place was rude and welcomed me with a rant about pet owners and how she will be changing the pet friendly status. I’d had a full on morning so to be greeted like that took me aback. I gave feedback that she didn’t have the greatest customer service and that if our dog barked too much we would of course leave (he wasn’t even out the car at that point). Instead I asked for a refund and had a lovely weekend at Big 4 Healesville (booked our dog into the pet hotel close by). Highly recommend Big 4 Healesville if you are looking for an alternative, which had an upgrade during the lockdowns.

I would give zero star if I had the option, very rude staff and the riverside cabin was extremely dirty, my allergies were triggered from all the dust and old furniture.

Beautiful Campsite. Probably one of the best campsites that we have been to. Good facilities, close to the Marysville Grocer. With a river flowing through the heart of the campsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommended sites TPS3 and TPS4

Had a great 3 night stay here on a powered site. Facilities were good, some new additions going on around the park. There were plenty of people around but we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet that Marysville offers. Great time sitting around the fire pits right next to the river. Great location to access Lake Mountain Resort for snow. Will be back at some stage.

A great little caravan in a beautiful little town. Couldn’t fault the place! We stayed in a cabin which was spotlessly clean and fit our little family of 4 just perfectly. Will definitely be returning in future with the dog! Highly recommend.

With the warmth of the fire pit, the tranquility of the stream, i found myself relaxed for the weekend.

Have stayed in the cabins many time. Beautiful setting along the creek with nice grass area and fire pits at your doorstep. Fun for the kids. Very nice town too, everything you need within walking distance.

Really nice spot, friendly staff but the unpowered sites needs more lighting, water and toilets

We stayed in one of the cheaper cabins which were fairly nice. Good air con/heating. Couch was pretty uncomfortable. Could be cleaner, the floor was very dirty. Really good customer service when we complained about a noisy dog. Cabin walls are VERY thin though, we could hear a couple arguing and talking loudly up to 11: 30pm. Really nice location though very close to Main Street. Gorgeous surroundings. Bbq was rubbish, took forever to cook snags. Would go back

Liked the look of it, the river running through, horses pasting by with riders, close to Marysville centre.

Lovely people. We didn't stay there but we were camping out in the bush, we could shower and refill our water for $5 each which is then donated to charity. We could also use other amenities like the tubs for a hand wash. They were very helpful with that too. Thanks!
