Marty's Pizza Hideout

I must say I am extremely disappointed, no I think incredibly distraught and in pain would be a better description of my experience. Not only were the staff extremely rude but the food was absolutely atrocious. I would rather eat my own bile which is a lot of what I saw after consuming their so called 'food'. I doubt this place has ever gotten a health check because my family and I got extreme food poisoning after eating the pizzas and to put it simply, Marty's took all the fun out of the holidays. Please learn from my experience and avoid this place entirely. I wouldn't even give this store any stars honestly.

Lady is very rude. She dnt have common sense to deal with any customer. If u guys wanna get insulted do visit this place.

I got the chicken mushroom pasta an can’t go wrong plenty of mushrooms an chicken an nice an creamy
Hate when I get a dry pasta or stuff all sauce but from here very creamy an saucy!

Solid pizzas all round, chicken parma and chips is tasty, although the portion size has gotten smaller and the price has increased.

Marty’s Pizza Hideout is where I get my pizzas from. The food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly!

Having read some shocking reviews on here makes me feel less harsh in leaving mine. Now I haven't had the food from here, the other reviews can guide you on that (and they're not glowing reports.)

I've delivered for this place multiple times, and with all deliveries I ensure that they're made on time and still hot and fresh. The staff however, wow, they'll tell this Pro how to do his job? When, by the reviews on their food, they can't do their's.

So, if you do order from here and I deliver it, I can promise you it will arrive hot and fresh. I cannot promise that it'll be any good. But, too many more times where my professionalism is challenged then 'Marty's Pizza Hideout' will be black listed by me, and your order might be delivered by those who just chuck at your door.

Objectively the worst pizza parlor I’ve ever been to. Crust is dry and brittle with no gluten development. Also tastes very bland, little to no salt or oil in the dough. Sauce was watery, tasted like they just used straight pasata. I’ve been twice several months apart so I know it was not a fluke. Regrettably cannot give a zero star review

Pizza delivery was shocking. Pizza was left outside my door on a cold night by Menulog delivery. Menulog will destroy not only this business but many more.

Awesome food no matter what u get. Best customer service ever, always look forward to going in and having a chat while I wait.

Pizzas here are great. Would say best pizza in the suburb as I have tried all of them. Would recommend to call them directly and pick up yourself for cheaper price.

Order the lot pizza from marty's pizza on the 30 of October and my Mrs and i got though two pieces of pizza and my Mrs almost broke her teath on this walnut shell that was in the pizza never recommend this pizza shop

Lady that worked on Thursday night with glasses was rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend.

The pizzas are pretty good. However, being told that I was not "allowed" to watch my pizzas being made has put me off rushing back. The other thing that bothered me was the way that the pizza maker communicated with the Uber drivers. He was quite arrogant and condescending. Service and good pizzas go hand in hand. If the service is poor then good pizzas are not good enough no matter how long the business has been around. If everything else is closed then I will go back, but they will not be my first port of call, even though they are only 2 mins from my place.

Quality of pizza was poor. Ingredients all tasted flavourless not to mention falling apart. 5am wake up to hit the toilet. You be the judge.

Not maintaining the proper base and not maintaining the proper quality and taking too long to prepare the food not giving the respect tot the customers

Such a great place, have been going there every weekend for the amazing pizzas, marty is a cool guy and has alot of good choices of pizza, pasta and great desserts to choose from, in short great pizza shop and even better customer service

Small business with yummy pizza tucked away in st albans. My daughter recommended martys so glad she did. We bought 4 small pizzas and they were yum thank you to the staff there we love pizza so we will be back

Probably the best pizza we've ever eaten. Whenever we come to Melbourne for work, we'll be back
