This used to be a great place, Cajun lamb cous cous was my fav then they chewed out on cous cous then frozen margaritas got smaller and smaller then tonight im told they can't do them, waiter handed a hot plate to my partner rather than put it on the table, all in all the quality and service have severely lacked will never come back

The manager ripped my brother off over $200 and my brother was far too nice to stand up for himself and her his food. The food was deplorable and I didn’t eat my food and they didn’t even ask why I hadn’t finished it. Was absolutely not worth it.

Martini & Co have great food and the location is spot on too. You’ll find them sandwiched between the cinemas and Timezone so it’s a perfect stop over for a meal with the family. Their service is good, the food is tasty and the drinks are delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the decent sized meals which were so fancy on the plate too. You do eat with your eyes! The only constructive feedback I can offer would be not to downsize the cup to extra small if a customer opts for no ice… at a price point of almost $14 a cup, well, it just feels a tad bit overpriced! Great place to eat.

Poor excuse of a restaurant, wouldn't bother spending your money on single shot drinks especially high end stuff as they often use lower quality versions of that which has happened on a few occasions dining now, most recent visit we ordered 2 jam donut shots, ended up with the usual Chambord and baileys however with salt on the rim, not a big issue, it happens sometimes, mentioned this to the bar staff and they made us another 2 "on the house", ordered two more after for a total of 6 shots, come to pay and have been charged for 8 shots. Only willing to refund for 2 "as they made 6 so have to charge for six" even though we didn't order them. Tequila sunrise is apparently a cocktail haver isn't shown anywhere on the menu and somehow comes to something like $18 a drink when the house tequila only comes to $9.50. This coupled with the fact that you often find that most of the higher end alcohol is married out with cheaper stuff as the last two times I've been my mother who exclusively drinks wild turkey honey has received on one occasion a shot of Johnie walker (very specific smell to Johnie walker as anyone who has had it would know) and on the next occasion a cheaper off brand of honey.

Would recommend staying away from the drinks, however the food is amazing and we'll presented.

Always ask for your receipt from here as they often charge you for things you haven't ordered.

Last visit also asked for a refund and spoke with the manager in regards to the shots and was informed I would be receiving a refund. Been over a week now and no word.

Amazing experience at Martini&Co.
Food and drink both were amazing and we enjoyed our dinner date. Lady who made our coffee and cocktails she was lovely and very accommodating to us. Thank you for making our night special. We will be back.

This place is my partner and I's fav place when we go to the plaza. The food and the drinks are always amazing. The customer service is also nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

I purchased a cocktail drink which had hair wrapped around the straw and cherry. The drink was still full when I tried to communicate to the manager regarding this issue. He became agitated stating that I had to pay for another new drink even though I had not drank the Long Island ice tea. He was very rude and aggressive towards a customer that was dinning in his restaurant. There was a lack of respect and courtesy for customers. If this issue occurred at another restaurant my drink would have been replaced instantly as it was not up to standard. If you looking to dine in this restaurant I encourage to second guess coming here.

When checking out the manager decide to come out from the back to ensure that we had paid for the drink that had hair (the drink that I had not drank and decide be removed from the table) i did not argue with the manager because I felt as though he wanted to argue with me and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I felt as though the manager was extremely RACIST towards me and my friend that attend the restaurant.

We absolutely loved having our girls Kris kringle get together at Martini and Co! A big shoutout to Aiden our Server for making our experience amazing on Dec 17,2022! He was a star server. He knew exactly how to banter and efficiently serve his table! The kitchen staff were so good; our big orders came out on time and the atmosphere of the place was good overall. This venue is super organised and a place we would recommend to others in future.

Great Place for Drinks, Pizza Cakes, Pastry, Salad. It was 'Beautifully Presented' Food and was 'Very Yummy'. Good Service from the staff ‍ & nice ambience ️. Great location in the Shopping Centre Area.

I came with two other friends. I had the seafood linguine. I didnt like the pippies didnt look cooked enough and there was way too much oil, spoilt it for me. The prawns dont need the tails on as I have to use my fingers to remove it. Was let down this time.

A really good hang out place with friends or family. It’s a very busy and popular place in werribbee. Lot of food options to order from, a food variety of cocktails and mock-tails. And the food is spot on. Love the atmosphere, especially at someone’s birthday, they come with the band to sing happy birthday.

Everything's great, but there's a 1.5% surcharge for using ANY card, so not that good now.

My boy Tyson hooked us up! He has amazing customer service and it was just a lovely experience to have during a work Christmas party. He always checked up on us and asked if we needed refills or more food. During a busy night he definitely made us feel important! Amazing night!

Wow what an experience! The drink options were abundant with so many choices and we couldn’t say a bad word about the service. The food was amazing and we had a huge range of entrees, starters, pizza and mains. The wait staff were all friendly and super efficient with catering to the needs of everyone on the table. We definitely have to give a shout out to Aiden, our host for the night. He was so accommodating and interacted with us in such a way that made our visit so fun. He was timely with taking orders for our large group and the staff made the whole night a fun and positive experience and we will certainly return!

Food is fantastic. However on our last visit we felt a little rushed to make a decision and order. Maybe it was the time of evening, unsure, but won't deter us from coming back. Can occasionally be a little crowded and loud, but it's to be expected

Excellent service as always. Staff was quick and efficient even when we asked to amend our order.
