Great atmosphere and large menu for both food and drink. Service was efficient and staff were very attentive and asked questions that were nessary, especially with one dinner with a food allergy.

It is always unfortunate when something is wrong with a meal. This time around it was semi cooked chicken parma which I sent back. What is extremely disappointing is the second attempt at a chicken parma. The crumbs were soggy and the chicken was semi cooked again! They had removed the item from our bill without me having to ask, which I appreciated. I'm sure the rest of their menu is well prepared, but I'm sorry to say I won't be back.

We went there this morning for breakfast. Food was nice and the waiter who served us was very professional and polite.

Looks can really be deceiving can't they? I walked in and visually the place seemed like a welcoming warm place to have lunch. Oh man, was I wrong, I sat down, and the first waiter was fantastic, he got a drink ready straight away, and was happy to wait it out while I had decided what to order. Great service by him. I didn't see that waiter again, as the waiter changed, and the experience went down from there. I waited to order, and looked around the mostly empty restaurant, I caught eye contact with the waiter who gave the what? What do you want? Vibe. He came and said, everyone else is too busy to take your order, however when I looked, nobody was doing anything? I ordered the parma in which came out within 2-3 minutes? I'm sorry? How does it cook in 3 minutes? I decided to let that slide, and begin to eat, once again, visually, very appealing. The gravy was cold and tasted terrible, the parma itself was cold, and perhaps now I think about it, it might've been pre-prepared and microwaved, and that is disgusting, the chips were the hottest, and freshest, but I don't think they were cooked to order. I'm not sure what went wrong here, but 2nd waiter wasn't pleasant and the food was horrible. Sorry, not good enough here.

Food here is super tasty. Great place to eat before or after you see a movie as it's right next door to Hoyts Cinemas Frankston.

Lovely ambiance, the food was great and so was the staff, such a good spot to keep yourself and your friends entertained, highly recommend reserving a table during busy hours to avoid waiting times, overall loved my dinner experience?

What you see us what you get. Always friendly. The Toxic Avenger cocktail is now my favourite at this venue

We shared a lovely meal of calamari & salad after going to the pictures. Beautiful meal will definitely go back.

Watched as two tables either side of us come in, ordered, got served and even left before we got the order we placed before either table. Took a cast of thousands to figure out what had happened. Needs to improve and obviously can not handle crowds.

Less than average. New bar in town. Lift your game. Pretty similar to a TGIF. Not my cup of tea.

Been here twice on date night with the wife. First time we ordered meals, we got burgers. Both were bland and not close to as depicted in the menu, we felt what we paid was a joke for whatbwe got. The swcond time we went, we just went for drinks. I ordered an amaretto sour and my wife a pina colada, the restraunt was busy and ww knew we would have a wait and we were cool with that. After 45 minutes and no drinks we left.

This place has potential the drinks menu is extensive and impressive. But i think they need to refine their service and quality of food to be an amazing establishmemt!

I wish I could give 10/5 stars for this place! Never been to a restaurant where the service was that good. Good customer service and Food was also amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The food is beyond amazing, & the staff are all so lovely Will definitely be returning soon. Good for a night out for drinks and equally as good for a nice family meal.

Hi guys, I'm not one to give poor reviews but our experience at this venue tonight left a lot to be desired. The food was ok and it came out quickly but the service was disappointing. There seemed to be plenty of staff but our cocktails sat on the bar for quite a while before they were bought to the table. Our plates were not cleared and we had to find a staff member to ask for the icecream that came with the kids meal. We never got offered any more drinks, after the first round, during our lengthy dinner. The staff seemed nice enough they just weren't very attentive.

Food was quite nice and they have a very extensive drinks menu.
The meals are very big portions. The drinks service was a little on the slow side unfortunately.
The quirky waitress was the highlight of our experience!

We had the unfortunate displeasure of dining at this disappointing restaurant. Upon entering, we were struck by how good the restaurant looked. But, as the old adage goes ‘never judge a book by its cover’.

Somehow they managed to defy the laws of natural physics and served us coffee that was both burnt and cold. Also, they seem to have adopted a particularly loose interpretation of what constitutes a coffee as ours didn’t seem to have any. Instead we received what appeared to be a mug of milk accompanied with two white sugar sachets.

Our entree came out late, and cold, and with our mains. My partner’s burger is what you would imagine a burger to be if you prepared a meal with access only to the last few ingredients laying around before your next big shop. The “Black Angus” patty embodied the texture of sand and the bun tasted like the cheap bulk buy stuff from Coles. Had I not been so in shock I would have hurled the thing across the room, if only to put it out of its misery.

My pizza was a disaster. Soggy and coated in grease it would dangle towards the floor like a wet sock when picked up. The sauce was sickeningly sweet and the cheese was burnt.

The staff didn’t want to be there.

I must admit, the chips were very good.

On paying for the meal, I was staggered to learn this car-crash would cost me $74.

We so wanted to enjoy this restaurant and feel it has great potential, and although fantastic on presentation, the food was atrocious and overpriced. Would not recommend.
