So I’d rate the first guy a 1️ he asked where the evap cooler was, his response to on the roof was how do I get up there? Did I really need to remind him he carried a ladder on his vehicle…. What a lazy pric$!

The service from the time we called to report the fault with our heater until completion of repair was exceptional. The service repair person was very prompt in contacting us & then arrived when he said he would. We found him to be very pleasant & extremely helpful & would fully recommend this person & company anytime.

From the 1st moment of contact with the service coordinator I was comfortable in knowing the the problem would get a solution.

Had a technician come over to fix my heating system // he would hardly talk or explain things to me / every time i asked him a question the answer was one or two words // had no choice in using martins plumbing as the job was booked thru brivis / the only time he spoke a few extra words was giving me the invoice

I had the need for a service call on my gas ducted heating as it was not working and it was your technician Adam that attended. I found Adam to be very professional in his appearance communication and work.

He arrived on time, he explained the problem along with everything he was doing. He also explained to me in detail how the heating system works in a way that I would understand it. He made sure that I was happy before he left and he also followed up with a phone call the next day to make to confirm all was still good.

To have a tradesman of this calibre is rare these and it is often hard to even get them to turn up.
