Martha's Table

Food was fantastic but staff aren't trained just walking around not productive. Coffee was only average whole table coffee order was wrong and not served properly two coffees got remade. Host manager just seemed concerned on getting more people seated rather than looking after existing tables.

We spent a family Christmas Eve at Martha’s.the food was lovely.and so was the atmosphere. Lady and the Tramp band were playing which we all enjoyed very much, just a lovely wind down into Christmas.
I highly recommend Martha’s for a relaxed vibe.

We have been here for many meals, breakfast and lunch and always amazing.

Being locals there are many restaurant options that provide great value and service. This was lacking at our lunch today and we left hungry.

My friends and I enjoyed the night at Martha's Table and were extremely happy with the service.

Arrived by boat so had Breakfast and Dinner here. Hospitality isn’t easy at the moment but these guys have managed to find great staff and serve beautiful food. A great experience.

We made a last minute booking for a girls lunch without knowing anything about the venue and wow! The food was exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. We had the set menu and every dish was perfection. Highly recommend!

Just over a month ago we visited for lunch. Just wraps/pizza from the counter but we were allowed to sit in the left hand side of the restaurant facing the water. Pizzas, crossaints, tea and coffee all delicious. The service was friendly and efficient.

Today (20/4/23) we visited to find things had changed to takeaway only (realise this may be a staffing issue) and we were not allowed to sit in the front (even though it was empty). This is disappointing. Surely when it is quiet people could sit wherever?
I feel a 'cafe' in the front on weekday lunchtimes would be busier? Maybe that's just me? Years ago the kiosk would always be full!

My other reason for feedback is regarding the takeaway pizza. There was no label but I was told it was pastrami and brie. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce was very spicy a bit too spicy. I also think there was capsicum in there. Not a huge problem for me but there are people in my family who are allergic to capsicum so feel it should have been labelled.
Also, not sure it was a complimentary flavour with the brie!?

Overall disappointed that a venue in such a great location did not live up to expectations.

Not going to lie, beautiful location, great wine and salumi amongst a lovely and picturesque setting. That’s about it! All down hill from there. Steak was inedible, smelt like it was cooked with seafood in a dirty wood fire grill. The cut was full of fat and gristle. For $58.00 plus a 15% PH surcharge. Won’t be back. Shame as it’s a really lovely location. I note that they did take 10% off the bill when we complained, however, that really just the regular price with an extra 5% for the public holiday. Also did not even get a sorry… may of come back if the staff were not so pompous, notably the manager. All other staff seemed friendly.

Had an amazing time to celebrate my wife's birthday. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The fit-out and service is amazing. The food is delicious, and the views are spectacular. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Delicious coffee using Commonfolk beans. Staff friendly. A shame they didn't have much (if any) vegan food to take away — we were just visiting the area, so perhaps it just isn't in demand around there.

If you are in the area, definitely worth a visit. Great service, truly quality food and lovely relaxing views of the marina from the dining room or verandah.

Lovely spot. Great interior. Good was lovely, especially the Wagyu tartare. Would have like a bit more of an atmosphere and a bit more people watching. Maybe a lunch special to get people in the door. But service was great and attentive!

I am surprised about the negative reviews! I have been going daily for the past two weeks to both the café & restaurant and it is amazing! The food is delicious, the coffee is one of the best I have had, everyone is friendly and the service is excellent. The view is unreal, my only observation would be that in the morning it gets a bit cold inside so bring your jackets

Great size tasty breakfast & Ambiance was beautiful.

On arrival, there was no staff member at the table to explain to us the way they operate, so as one would normally do, I purchased drinks at the bar inside and the barman was quite happy to serve me.
1 Chardonnay, 1 beer, $26.50.

On my sitting at our table, a very officious female staff member semi demanded "what are the drinks doing on the table" as the bar isn't a bar?

We take your credit card and give you our card to purchase any drinks, was the late explanation!

As I did not have a credit card with me only cash, I was unable to purchase any more drinks, but at those prices I wasn't about too either.

Same as I did, my friend purchased a bottle of wine using cash at the bar and was admonished by the male equivalent of the officious female already encountered!

Those two would have been better suited to security!

Meal was average at best and needless to say, we won't be going back!

On a weekend away with the girls and we LOVED this for our Friday night out. Cocktails were awesome to start, the staff were so lovely, the vibe was on point and the food was delicious. Highly recommend and I will be back with my family for sure.

Such a waste.
If only they catered for the hundreds of families that live in Martha Cove, it would be full every night.
