Mars Campers

I bought a Mars Spirit LS recently. Nathaniel the sales person from Mars was super professional.
Considering that we are newB in campers, Nathaniel was very patient to explain every bolts and nuts of camper. I am very please and impressed by his can do attitude! Keep up the good work.

Also, have to thank George! He helped and went above to make the handover process very smooth.

We will be back for our next upgrade to the space x.

Campers from Wish

Family friends brought a camper trailer and the trialer brakes don't work now they have amazingly disappeared. No returned calls, no answering calls nothing, there is no interest in fixing thier faulty product. You need to stand by your product as lots of people want campers nowadays and when we see issues people have we talk and look elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Lived the displays. Staff friendly and helpful. We didn't buy one, but for lots of ideas for when we do

EDIT - Due to Tom, the National Sales Manager, giving me a call, I'm uping my rating. There is no need to delve into the details of the conversation, but I appreciate the phone call.

To clarify, this rating is more so based on the product, not the company itself.

Caravan has had multiple issues, sub-par wiring and general build quality.
Earth wire for the stereo burnt through.
Wiring behind power distribution panel looked like it had literally just been stuffed inside and forgotten.
Sealing around shower and toilet had fallen away.
Fridge compartment/front hatches leaked due to improper sealing.
Hinges on a few internal doors have fallen apart.
Fill/breather hose for water tank incorrectly run, allowing for air lock when filling.
Rear lift-up roof, lining falling away allowing condensation to drip off on to bed.

In hindsight, the van wasn't $80,000, but a bit of quality control wouldn't go astray.

Due to the lack of confidence I have in Mars and their ability to quality control themselves, I've had all issues resolved off my own back.

I dont know what it was, but that bloke nathan just lit up my day. 10 out of 10 would mars campers again.

We went to Springvale mars camper trailers and dealt with Cass. She looked after us from beginning to now. We brought a space x awesome camper trailer but we ended up with a faulty circuit breaker in South Australia. Cassandra supported us through the whole process and looked after us when we needed her in another state. 10 out of 10 for after sales customer service thanks Cass.

So just putting this put there for anyone looking to buy a mars camper. Ive had multiple issues with my brand new endurance ls and so far ive been given the go around and then told i have to pay around $4000 to send it to vic for a look over and then back to wa.

A list of things that have happened are

Awning walls and floor dont line up at all

Rusting and corrosion due to inferior parts for all latches and locks, stairs, gas struts, light fixtures, wheel nuts and alot more

Rear brake light issues due to really poor wiring tie downs and really cheap clips falling apart after second trip

Water lvl indicator is broken constantly gets stuck

The air release for the water tanks is a joke. Doesnt let out enough air as your filling due to stupid restrictions in the hoses so you've got to fill it up 4 times and allow air to flush out before it gets full

In medium wind conditions half the poles bent for the awning because they are not engineered to to take the weight of the canvas. REALLY NASTY CAN BEND POLES WITH 2 FINGERS!

Have no maintenance area to clean drain pipe for kitchen sink. Like who doesnt put that in?

And then to sum it all up the sticker they have used instead of painting the exterior is already falling off so another year and itll look patchy and disgusting.

This is all before a year and only 2 short trips with it. They will not help at all and ask unreasonable things of you so you dont bother. Im going to consumer affairs soon since thats the only option they have given me. Im so dissapointed in mars. Choose wisely before you buy.

I had a recent problem with a four-year-old Mars Spirit Hammertone trailer where the kitchen had jammed inside the trailer. It wasn't one of the 'simple' ones due to a drawer opening while inside. Cassandra at Mars supported me over a couple of phone calls to investigate and eventually fix the problems (loose shims on the roller bracket) and then provided a fix to prevent it happening again. Very happy with that support that enabled me to get our camper on the road.

Brought my mars surveyor second hand and it's great. I had to call and ask for help as the previous owners had removed the wiring for the pump and such; the lady on the phone was really helpful in getting it sorted, she even helped me figure out which model I have. Since then I've taken it out about 12 times and it's been fantastic! Easily set up and comfortable.

Purchased a second hand 2018 Spirit 2 Pac reluctantly after reading reviews on forward fold campers but my wife had her heart set on one so took the plunge. Our first trip was to outback NSW and couldn't be happier with the build and performance. Handled the rough outback roads without a problem and everything stayed in tact. Easy to tow and well equipped. Highly recommend

Friendly staff who know there products. Great display of there camper trailers. I ordered one which will hopefully be delivered by end of May!

I bought a 2nd hand 2016 Mars Spirit 2 Pac. A gas strut was removed at home for a paint repair and it was impossible to compress again and refit afterwards. I called Mars who told me to pop down to see them and they very kindly refitted the gas strut using the proper tools.

A massive thank you to Justin who seamlessly organised the repair of out camper trailer. The fault to out extremo was minor but Justin was a great go between ourselves and the process. Thanks again it is fantastic to have such positive response.

Always very friendly and accommodating to deal with. I would recommend Mars Campers to anyone looking for that perfect mobile holiday set up.

We are so happy with our Spirit HT. Really is a pleasure to tow. The staff from the Victorian office and showroom were fantastic. Everything about the Mars Camper is exactly what i hoped it would be. Great Quality. Thank you for the team.
