4 The staff worked well together on the final Harry Potter show at The Princess Theatre. The security showed the highest levels of professionalism I have never seen. The whole team at the front worked together, showing experience and skill.
The trip from interstate for my children to see the final show was worth the service levels experienced.
Had tickets for a show on 18 December and unfortunately tested positive for Covid on the morning of. Contacted Marriner Group before the show started advising of the results of test and requested refund. Received an email stating that they no longer refund for Covid reasons.
I guess they're saying that we should have attended and infected those around us with Covid, possibly ruining many peoples Christmas celebrations. Wow, just Wow.
Paid VIP for Cinderella Musical Australia, got moved to half of what we paid for as they could not do anything about coughing people right behind us; and they refused to refund half of our money. What a waste of $500+, avoid at all cost!
Felt like a sardine so much for social distancing, looks like my seat was on sold and the show was awful. Sorry guys seen Chess before and it was good, this well bad does not cover it. The first 20 mins was bad enough. Don't bother such a disappointment.
