Maroondah Lighting

Get all my lighting need here, went in this morning to replace my kitchen downlight and they tested the light and it was fine. They advised me it was most probably the diverter which I purchased and replaced and they were right. Excellent service.

Now these are the type of reviews I like doing, good old fashioned family business. As a builder I have sent many clients to purchase their lighting as they are on my preferred supplier list and they never fail, Rebeca and her mum always go out of their way to provide A1 service and great product range both in store and in catalogs, Really easy to find on maroondah hwy out front parking all just to easy My partner is super fussy and loves going their for our own projects as she finds them so helpful, we recently renovated a air bnb see photos attached and used mostly all lights from including the important pendants & feature lights from there, overall this is a six star business all the way need more thanks again Anton CLH

Phillippa & Bec have been fabulous. Listened, looked at our house photos, sourced & showed us numerous light options, discussed possible alerations to suit, even delivered a couple of large boxed items to our home. Very patient & helpful, offered their advice with no pressure to go ahead. They know their stock and their job extremely well. Highly recommend.

Did the rounds of Beacon and other small lighting stores last weekend and had almost given up when we decided on trying Maroondah Lighting as a last resort. The lady was amazing. Helped in perfect stages and had just the right standing lamp and downlights for what we needed. Great service and so helpful. Such a treat and they get 5 stars not cause they ASKED for it but because they deserved it.

Brilliant range of spares - able to get an exact replacement switch for a '70s Planet lamp I'd failed to find at numerous other places and almost given up on! The staff are brilliant too - genuine, friendly, and super helpful. Every time I've been there has ended up being a fun time - a fabulous business that goes above and beyond to help solve things for you!

Paul and the team are so incredibly helpful. During my initial phone call Paul went to a great deal of effort to consider my needs and offered detailed information. He followed this up with an email of great suggestions. He made sure that my needs were met and I was thoroughly informed. I have been back several times and will continue to as the customer service and knowledge are exceptional.

Was recommended here after being bounced around from different electrical stores whilst trying to find a solution to some LED panels that came with no power source.

When I came here the issue was very promptly addressed as I was served by a younger lady that I unfortunately didn't get then name of to include here. But they were incredibly helpful with going through solutions, testing them to make sure it was safely applicable and then being able to cheaply provide exactly what I would need to make the LED panels work for the purpose I need them to.

Overall and excellent experience for my forst time heading in here and I will definitely be back should I need an further lighting issues resolved

Professional yet friendly customer service & nothing was too much trouble for Rebecca yesterday in helping me find shades for my new lamp bases. I have been a semi regular customer over the years and their integrity has always remained strong.

Very impressed with the customer service, we didn't have a solution in mind for a large 'hero" light to go in a large living room, but the staff helped us choose one which suited the room and genre of our home. One of our lights was delayed in customs, they communicated this early and we were able to cater for the delay with our electrician. Thank you for your service, this was the second time in 8 years I have purchased from you and I'm continually happy.

I was after a ceiling fan light cover for a unit that is over a decade old.after many phone calls and visits to lighting stores especially ones you hear on commercials only to be disappointed of the outcome as they basically suggest to replace and install a new unit. The Team at Maroondah Lighting was the most helpful, professional and by far the most knowledgeable of them all. I ordered some coach lights over the phone to be shipped to Sydney. The salesman Paul who served me on the phone was fantastic. I received my order in 3 days and it was packaged perfectly. Paul even covered the cost for the courier. Great service. Michael Vella

We attended the store on 25/7 looking for 2 pendant lights, the ladies there were so helpful, exchanging lights with poles and different globes to show us the different effects, we picked 2 but in the next couple of days I second guessed my decision and rang them and Phillipa was more than happy to assist. I ended up changing part of fittings and the globes, she was happy to assist swapping parts without hesitation, could not recommend enough.

Do not have exactly what we are after, but provided options & ideas to achieve our aims & objectives. Very good service.
