Right at the begging ing of winter a power surge broke our heater. We were quoted through insurance for a high price and decided to look elsewhere. After contacting Maroondah we had a site inspection by Glenn within 2 days, a quote the very next day & and installation within 5 days after approving our quote. They were very responsive with their communication and clear. Daniel came to install and he was neat and knowledgeable in his works. He explained how to use our new system and cleaned up the area better than it was before he got there!

Had our Heating unit serviced and did a great job of changing over the Thermostat covering up where the old Thermostat was. The technician was very polite and professional.

We installed a Bonaire evaporative unit to replace a 25 year old unit which had seen much better days ad gone to heaven.

The quotation process outlined several alternatives and what we ended up going with was their recommendation, it was the best price AND performance. So totally thrilled with that.
We shopped around extensively too before making a decision.
We also had two ceiling outlets which were yellow with age replaced and could not be happier with the result on this too.
Their installation staff onsite were 1. Punctual to the minute, 2. Polite, 3. Well presented and turned out, 4. Careful how they positioned their ladders inside the house (it helps) and their end result was outstandingly good workmanship. I watched as the leading hand oversaw their new staff member with how he did the job, instructing on how to minimise dust and clean up correctly, how to work safely from ladder. You don't see a lot of that these days. It points to an effective and inclusive work culture. It matters to me.

Have to say I'm really impressed with this company.from the service manager Brooke down to the service man Jake.thy were courteous, prompt and as soon as my parts were in they organised a date.service with a smile.a rarity these days. Jake was amazing.nothing too much trouble and had the job done in no time.

I used this company for installation of my evaporative cooling system and it’s ongoing servicing as well as servicing of our old gas log fire. I have found the ladies in the office very professional to deal with each time I have called and their trade team are always thorough and clear in explaining what they are doing and why when they have attended our home. Support services extended from this company was very efficient and friendly especially Rochelle Seymour who was amazing in helping me to sort out my warranty issues with the manufacturer, almost immediately. We had Maroondah heating and cooling install a AC standard split and ducted system. I can say that from the quoting to works completion, the service was seamless and extremely professional. All works were completed in a single day and to a high standard. You could certainly recognize the forward planning for the day to ensure the project ran smoothly. Would engage these guys for any future works that's for sure, highly recommend.
